The apartment has a lovely atmosphere with an authentic Italian spirit and style
Pros: Excellent location, clean apartment, and a lovely atmosphere with a charming Roman-Italian style.Kudos for having Netflix — it’s great for the kids to watch cartoons in the evenings. Great loacation for restaurants....
Cons: Due to the old flooring — part of the authentic Roman-style setting — you can hear when someone walks in the apartment above you, and the same goes for the neighbors below. You have to be very careful when walking early in the morning so you don’t wake up the downstairs neighbor :) Without much noise, even though we kept reminding the kids to be quiet, the neighbor still knocked on our door saying she was still sleeping… But we were getting up at 7 a.m. to make the most of our time in Rome! The shower could use a bit of renovation — the fixtures need some attention, and there’s some mold between the tiles that should be cleaned.

Clean, spacious and close proximity to St Peter. Not recommended for senior cityzens due to steps and also shower area.
Pros: Very near St Peter Basilica, clean and spacious. Well furnished.
Cons: The shower area is a step higher but it is a big step and can easily fall down. Bathroom tiles are not non slip tiles. All three of us were very worried. Staff quite abrupt in communicating

Very good location, just 50 meters from Vatican, few steps from the restaurant and shops. Quite area
Pros: Great location walking distance to Vatican about 50meters, St Peters Square , Vatican Museum , lots of restuarants downstairs and same streets and around.
Cons: The checking in, getting into the building, finding way up to the elevator is quite confusing. Otherwise while your are in then it was nice.

Cons: serramenti vecchi e poco isolanti sulla via pubblica sottostante onde per cui si sentono ogni tipo di rumore proveniente strada affollata. pochi e non assortiti utensili cucina

Pros: Lokalizacja, wielkośc, wyposażenie. Nie rozumiem jak można mieć trudność z dostaniem się do mieszkania, instrukcje są jasne a i mozliwosci pomylki nie ma.
Cons: Nic. Nieco nachalne restauracje na dole z mizernym jedzeniem, ale to nie wina apartamentu.

La casa è ottima per la posizione.
Pros: Ottima posizione in centro piena di Servizi a pochi passi a piedi. La casa è grande e accogliente e ho apprezzato molto la pulizia.
Cons: La nota negativa è che dormito su un materasso di 10 cm e l’ho trovato molto scomodo. L’ascensore è molto stretto, si prende al primo piano. Il bagno andrebbe migliorato, l’acqua esce bollente oppure fredda… Difficile trovare una via di mezzo. Non possiede un balcone.
