Families and groups cozy apartment

Pros: Unbelievable location. Equipment in the apartment (all you need is there, even mokka). Exceptionaly great communication with the staff. Nearby shops and restaurants. Public transport easily reachable. Taxis drive right up to the door. Possibility of using luggage storage in another part of the Rome for free. Perfect place for families.

Cons: Extra beds could be more comfortable because of the mattresses Heating system could be more intuitive but you can use climatization in heating mode if needed. Outside of cold winter it's probably not necessary to use heaters at all there.

If you dream of visiting the Vatican one day, this is the right place to stay.

Pros: Very comfortable and cosy flat. Spacious and close to several places to enjoy a pleasant evening in Rome. It is also just a few metres from the Vatican.

Cons: I did not notice any negative aspects in the flat.

A great apartment in a lovely location

Pros: A great little apartment in a fabulous location, comfortable beds. A home from home with everything we needed for a great stay.

Cons: Nothing it was great, only thing to note is lots of steps to reach the apartment (not a problem for us but worth noting for some who may find the stairs a challenge)

Pros: Perfect location, beautiful home, right in the middle of the action

Cons: Had to climb 4 floors carrying our carry on bags and everyday to get to it but that won’t stop me from booking it again in the future, it’s normal in Europe

Stay was good.

Pros: Location was really good just outside of Vatican.the security of property was good . Air Conditioning was good. Close to shops and restaurants. Plenty of lining .

Cons: Kids weren’t keen on walking up to 4th floor but didn’t bother me . Not keen on bathroom doors any found difficult to workout how shower works

Good location, nice reception, clean and safe.

Pros: The location is super convenient! It’s very close to Piazza San Pietro.

Cons: The reply is a little late but we still got their response before check in. The reception is still very nice .

Pros: Location was AMAZING, near transport and the Vatican City!! very clean and cosy space proper authentic. Ideal for families. Owners greeted us and made us feel at ease and comfortable straight away. They responded within minutes of contacting. Absolutely fabulous!!

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like about the property it was amazing but might not be suitable for those with mobility issues as it was 3 flights of stairs to the apartment
