Pros: Brilliant location, great size property, lovely welcome pack with wine and sweet treats, drinking water in fridge, excellent attention from the admin Roberto. Issue with hot water fixed very quickly. Super comfy beds, spotlessly clean. Everything you need for a few days in Rome
