Memorable stay

Pros: It’s a 4-star hotel with spacious, clean and beautiful rooms situated in the center of Rome, however the personnel at the reception makes it an exceptional 5-star hotel. Their helpful advice, tips and true interest made our short journey in Rome very pleasant.

Amazing

Pros: Everything was excellent. From the service, to the location, to the room itself — everything was perfect. Lorenzo, Mohamed, and the rest of the reception team were the kindest and provided outstanding service! Of course, we can’t forget madu, who took care of every little detail and treated us amazingly. If I ever return to Rome, I will definitely stay only at this place!

I’d certainly stay again as you couldn’t fault the location but I’d double check the bed situations !

Pros: Great location. Very central and we just walked everywhere. The free mineral water was great and the facilities for tea and coffee etc were great as well.

Cons: Nothing to dislike really as long as you’re aware that you need to walk up about 12 steps to the small lift and then there’s an additional 16 to the apartments but you’re informed of all that ahead of time. The big gripe I had was that I was travelling with my 15 year old son so requested 2 singles beds and got a message saying that my requested was approved, when we got there though it was a single kingsize. So we just bunked in together but it could be awkward if we weren’t family.
