Pros: I liked the location,because it was close to the historical centre of Rome and all the sights.

Cons: The bed was small but it was ok

Awesome place to stay, central location so we were able to walk to most close to major attractions.

Excellent location & value for money in central Rome

Pros: Probably one of the best locations in Rome, as it is situated between the Spanish Steps and Piazza Navona, and just a corner away from Via Del Corso. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed assistance.

Cons: We had to ask for another pillow each since the ones provided were very flat, and we suffered from neck pain after the first night. The products in the bathroom can be improved.

Great stay

Pros: Staff were amazing and friendly and provided clear directions to the location. Room was lovely & spacious and the balcony was a great suprise 😊

Pros: Awesome location. The staff contacted you everyday and gave great recommendations.

Cons: The bathroom was quite small and no where to put toiletries. Everything else was perfect and this shouldn’t be a deterrent!

Great value for money, good staff, great location

Pros: Great location, very friendly staff, decent size room, apartment had a lift, staff cleaned room every single day & replaced towels. Any time we had questions for the staff on WhatsApp they replied immediately. Great with English and helped us locate places as well as gave recommendations.

Cons: The walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the corridor and neighbouring rooms. We wore earplugs to sleep and were fine. There’s a double bed not a queen. The shower was very small and it felt squishy (I’m not a large person). There’s a shower curtain which I don’t like touching for hygienic reasons but it was very difficult not to touch it whilst showering due to the coziness of the shower cubicle. This is only being picky but overall loved our stay and we would stay again. The positives far outweighed the negatives.

Pros: The location was fantastic and close to the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and endless restaurants. We were able to walk to the Vatican and Colosseum which was helpful as the public transport isn’t overly safe.

Cons: The bathroom is extremely small and did not look like the images. We had to almost step over the toilet just to access the shower and the shower curtain kept getting stuck to our bodies when showering which wasn’t a pleasant feeling.

Pros: Room and customer service were nice. Location was also good - we walked to all the sights and restaurants. The balcony had a nice view.

Cons: There was no shelf in the shower to hold washing products.
