Great price for what you get. Absolutely worth

Pros: Price, location and welcome from Pamela the cleaning lady have been great. The whole BB is in great condition, it seems recently renovated.

Cons: Pillows are a bit uncomfortable and cheap. There is a problem in the shower drain of room 10 which is clogged.

Value for money, clean room

Pros: Clean, nicely decorated studio, with a shared comfortable kitchen with fridge, coffee machines, and oven that we really appreciated. We were able to check in a bit earlier and check out a bit later than planned. It is very close to the metro station (blue line) and bus stops and there is a supermarket, shops and cafes nearby.

Cons: Getting to the center required more than 30 minutes, sometimes having to use busses, which were not very reliable. Also, we had agreed right after booking that we could leave our luggage there for a few hours after checking out. Unfortunately, we were told the day before checking out that this wouldn't be possible after all, so we would have liked better communication with the host.

Pros: We had a great stay! The suite was very clean and tidy, with a fully equipped shared kitchen that had everything we needed. The private bathroom was spotless, and the floors were also very clean. There was plenty of closet space, and the location had excellent access to both metro and bus lines. Highly recommended!

Cons: However, there were a couple of small issues. Sometimes the shower water would turn cold unexpectedly. Also, although the address was accurate, there was no sign outside, which made it a bit difficult to find at first—we were expecting a visible hotel sign. Clearer directions or signage would definitely help future guests.

Convenient location & great room from which to explore Rome

Pros: Very clean & comfortable room with host contactable at all times. Hot & powerful shower, while fridge and kitchen facilities are shared. Excellent location - a 2min walk from metro station on line B and just 3 stops from Colosseo. Somewhat expensive but no pricier than elsewhere in Rome.

Cons: I wasn't able to lower the window shutters completely but that could have just been me and didn't impact on my stay at all.

Pros: Nice and comfortable place with fast WiFi and in the good location not far from the underground station. The host is helpful and friendly)

Cons: The walls are quite thin, so some sounds can be heard.

Stay there. We stayed because of the discount. It would have been over priced if not for that.

Pros: the room was clean, the air worked and the bed was nice. having a washer was nice.

Great location, clean, good value for money.

Pros: Location close to metro, clean apartment, good options for breakfast in the neighborhood, nice pub and wine shop in the vicinity, kind host with fast response to any question.

Cons: There was nothing bad to report.

Recommend

Pros: Accomodation was really nice, clean and it was near by the station of train what is really good for travelling in Roma. Center was near too. In the street there was a lots of restaurant and shops. We regommended this accomodation for everyone. And Francesco was really helpfull and kind. Our flight was late and we have problem to get to the apartman and he was waiting for us with no words.

Pros: Bella , tranquilla e pulita, nelle vicinanze c'è tutto e soprattutto puoi raggiungere qualsiasi posto con la metropolitana.
