Beautiful and very convenient place

Pros: - close to the metro - easy to access - clean and beautiful - very helpful staff

Cons: - missing a blanket (they added one more after I left) - is the oven working ? I didn’t found how to use it - it would be perfect if the shower had a movable shower head.

Pros: Property was clean and nice, Andrea and Greta very warm and nice people , they welcomed us warmly , If we needed help or we have any questions they responded fast and we don’t have any problems . Strongly recommend this place .

Lovely stay would recommend

Pros: Room was clean and quiet also very close to the bus stop and train station which made it easy to get into town.

Cons: We found it quite hard to access the property, the host was super friendly, responsive and helpful which I couldn’t fault.

The directions of self check-in was very clear and helpful. The room was clean & comfortable.

Pros: The location was very convenient and made my stay in the property very pleasent. The area around is pleasent with many coffeeshopes, grocery stores.

Pros: The apartment is located very close to the metro – about a 5-minute walk. There are also restaurants with good food and a grocery store nearby, which is very convenient. The room itself was clean and tidy.

Cons: Unfortunately, there were also some downsides. The bathroom is actually located on the balcony, which was not clearly stated in the description. Additionally, there was mold on the ceiling and in the shower area, which affected our comfort. We also had trouble checking in – even though we were exactly at the address provided on Booking, in the WhatsApp message from the host, and shown in the instructional video, the host insisted we were at the wrong location and told us to go elsewhere. Only after sending him photos to confirm our location did he acknowledge we were in the right place all along. This caused unnecessary confusion and stress. There are cameras in the apartment hallway, and the air conditioning seems to be remotely monitored – we received a message asking us to turn it off when leaving the room, supposedly for \

Pros: Excellent location. Sweet welcome by lovely Greta. The room and the bed was very comfortable. Garbatella neighbourhood is a gem.

Lovely clean apartment, comfortable bed and modern Bathroom, close to the metro, attentive hosts

Pros: The description on Booking.com made it sounds like breakfast was available at the B&B, it wasn't, there was avoucher available for a bar next door. I hadn't realised there was a kitchen though which was a bonus as I could make my own breakfast.

Cons: There was a bit of noise from the neighbours above my room (I could hear them talking), but other than that it was all fine.

Great location

Pros: Ideal location! Super close to subway that brings you directly to the center. Nice neighborhood with several supermarkets close-by. It was a perfect room to recharge and rest after nice days visiting Rome. Also the shared, small kitchen was perfect to prepare a sandwich or snack.

Pros: The staff was very helpful with the check-in and check-out procedures, the position is very strategic nearby Garbatella metro stop. I would suggest this staying!
