Pros: excellent location, metro stop just a few steps away. clear and quick check-in, good communication with the host 😊
Cons: you could hear other people being loud from the other rooms in the late evening, not respecting the quiet hours, but that’s not the host’s fault.

A fabulous Roman holiday
Pros: Conveniently located near the Metro. Our host was contactable by WhatsApp and she regularly checked to see if we wanted our room cleaned and towels refreshed during our 7 night stay. On our arrival, she also organised a taxi transfer from the airport to the property for an additional charge. Breakfast was included in our stay, we were given coupons to use at La Cannoleria Sicilana cafe, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I cannot fault our stay.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike about the room.

Pros: Great location and facilities, the room was clean and properly equipped. The host was very nice and helpful.
Cons: The only downside was the fact that the rest of the guests were a bit loud until late at night, but this cannot be controled by the host, its a matter of luck.

Really great experience!
Pros: It’s one of those places that really worth the 10 grade! Communication was very good and the host was super flexible. The building is literally at the subway, the line with all the main atractions. Nearby you have Conad, Carrefour, Pam and a good places to eat and drink if you want to. The building is well maintained and the area feels safe. The room was cleaned perfectly and we appreciated the refresh during our stay (towels were changed, room areanged). Defenitely a gem if you find it available!

We're very satisfied with everything.
Pros: Perfect location, very responsive owner, who helped us with everything we needed. Clean, cosy, well equiped room and flat. If you're travelling with family - near the guest house is a playground for kids.
Cons: It would be even better, if there would be some cattle or frying pan in the kitchen.

Wonderful place to stay in Rome
Pros: The place is so beautiful, modern, and spacious, one of the biggest showers we saw in Italy. Overall, one of the nicest places we stayed at. Super close to the metro and buses. Easy to transport into the historic center and must go places. Hosts messaged us to coordinate and they were very nice.
Cons: The bed was a bit hard for my liking, but this is a personal preference. The bathroom is big and spacious, the toilet and shower are separate, and the shower faces the room, just pointing out this can be a bit odd if you are traveling with a friend because it will lack privacy.
