Great location, possible to find a parking spot quite fast.

Pros: The staff was super quick to answer, the room was big and clean. Same goes for the toilet. I'd definitely recommend to stay there. We came with a car, very worried about parking space, but ended up parking 2 min walking from the apartment.

I highly recommend the property!

Pros: We were very happy with our stay in Belli Giovanni! The bed was great, very comfortable. The room was very clean, neat and bright. We also enjoyed the view from balcony. There’s a small food market very close to the property, where we were able to buy some fresh Italian food for breakfast 👍 The assistance of the property manager was available 24h, the manager was very helpful and responded quickly, which was also very convenient. I highly recommend the property!

Posizione fuori dal centro, ma ben collegata con i mezzi (la fermata del bus è proprio sotto l’edificio), camera piccola

Pros: Posizione, metro a 5 minuti dalla struttura, piccolo negozio subito accanto all’edificio Appartamento ristrutturato

Cons: Edificio vecchio Mancanza di kit di accoglienza (shampoo, gel doccia…)

Pros: Posizione perfetta, quartiere comodo con tutti i servizi inclusa la metro. Il palazzo in cui si trova la struttura è storico e la vista dalle camere da su via Taranto. Molto piacevole

Cons: Non ci sono i prodotti per la cura della persona a parte il sapone mani (mancano quindi shampoo e doccia schiuma). L’armadio ha l’asta per i vestiti davvero in alto, può risultare un po’ scomodo a chi non ci arriva

Pros: Struttura nuova, a pochi passi dalla metro Re di Roma, in zona tranquilla ma servitissima. Stanza arredata in modo minimalista e molto molto piacevole, e’ tutto semplice e curato; letto e cuscini comodi, spazi adeguati, tutto davvero pulito. Nello spazio comune c’è un bollitore e una macchinetta del caffè a disposizione degli ospiti. Il check in viene svolto on line e il ritiro delle chiavi e’ in autonomia, super semplice. Host molto disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Pros: Das Guesthouse ist ruhig in einem ruhigen, nicht touristischen Wohnquartier gelegen und trotzdem erreicht man mit der nahegelegenen Metro alles in Kürze. Das Guesthouse ist modern eingerichtet und das Bett war aussergewöhnlich bequem. In der Umgebung findet sich alles, was man braucht, und die beste Pizza Roms haben wir direkt unterhalb des Guesthouse gegessen. Top Zimmerservice jeden Tag.

Cons: Das Zimmer und auch das Badezimmer waren sehr wenig geräumig, ist aber vermutlich üblich so. Leider gab es kein Duschgel und Shampoo.
