Absolutely perfect! Will be back.

Pros: I needed a place to stay in the centre of Rome so I could go to the Cappodanno Concert. This was an ideal location, Augusto and his sister were perfect hosts, with all the info I needed. I particularly appreciated the straightforward key-less access and the facilities the room. The style is also excellent.

Cons: I loved the coffee machine and kettle - as a Brit, I like my tea, so some ordinary every-day t bags would be great. And milk, or at least a notice to bring my own, because I can't drink tea or coffee without it!

Pros: Super super clean and quiet and very convenience place to stay. located in the middle of area of locals. This place has everything you need for happy stay. Very close to metro station and bus stops. Host and his sister is super communicative and helped me a lot.

Buono lo consiglio Augusto è un ottimo padroone di casa e ti mette a tuo agio.

Pros: Mi è piaciuto tutto, la stanza è molto carina ha tutto quello che serve per poter passare un fine settimana comodi, la stanza ha un buon confort acustico, èd è posizionata in un palazzo molto vicino a una stazione autobus, nello stesso palazzo del teatro della vittoria, a piano terra si possono trovare sia un minimarket che una pasticceria, a poche centinaia di metri un ottimo localino per fare un buon aperitivo quindi cosa volere di più?

Cons: Nulla apparte la tassa di soggiorno che trovo una follia ma di cui il titolare non è colpevole, in italia per fare cassa senza dare nessun servizio siamo specializzati.
