Amazing time in Rome!
Pros: The place was very clean (cleaned every day) and very comfortable, Very well located in a quiet area, but only 15 minutes walk from Trastevere and 5 minutes from the nearest metro station. Also the airport can be reached very conveniently from this area. Why I give it a 10/10? Because we went here for a weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday and there was a bottle of wine with a greeting card waiting for us in the room! This level of attention to detail you don't see every day...

Pros: The apartment is big and easy to access. It is not far from the Colosseum. I could walk there within 20 min. There are some restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Overall, it is very nice that I could book such a place shortly before my trip.

Nice stay. Nice service.
Pros: The studio consists of two rooms and a bathroom. One room is a bedroom and the other is a seating area. The studio is equipped with a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, a kettle, cups with saucers and cutlery. Coffee capsules, tea, French croissants and extras (e.g. jam) are delivered daily. The studio has a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed. There is also a counter with two stools. The studio has two air conditioners and two windows. In the common area there is a table with chairs and a microwave. The studio is from the inner courtyard and is quiet. There is a supermarket, several restaurants and bars near the studio. The public transport stop is approx. 200 m away. The Piramida metro station is nearby (approx. 8 minutes walk). The studio is best reached from the airport by regional train (30 minutes) and gets off at the Roma Ostiense station. Contact with Giulia is very good. You can leave your luggage after leaving the studio. I definitely recommend this studio.
Cons: You could add two larger plates for cookies or fruits.

Perfect location very cool room !
Pros: Lovely room, very well designed and ery comfortable. Also fantastic communication by owner to help navigate the surreally modern no human contact check in! I do worry what might happen if there’s a power cut or internet failure, but for me it worked well. Great tips on the local bars and wonderful cafes, Thanks Julia!

Nice room for a short visit to Rome.
Pros: We were overall satisfied with the booking. The host was very helpful and although we did not meet her in person she gave us good tips and clear instructions. Room is comfortable, cleaned every day, bed is good and smart TV allows you to stream from other devices. There is a table in a common area where you can eat breakfast or even heat your lunch. Small snacks and coffee (Italian breakfast) are available for you every day. The room was quite humid and the sound isolation is not great, so you can hear guests in other room. Location is great if you want to be a bit outside of the center, but still close enough to touristic sites. You have different buses and a tram to go to other parts of the city (although public transportation in Rome is far from great). You can easily walk around calmer Testaccio and lively Trastevere. In the room, you can also find the list of bars, restaurants and interesting points in cute Testaccio area.

Exceptional host and perfect stay
Pros: Giulia was an amazing host—super friendly, helpful, and always available on WhatsApp. The property was fantastic, super clean, perfectly located, and surrounded by excellent local bars and restaurants. It was equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a very cute breakfast, Apple TV, and even a thoughtful bottle of wine for New Year's Eve. Highly recommended!
Cons: The only downside is that the property is not very well insulated, so you can hear the neighbors upstairs and other types of noise.
