Perfect value for money - highly recommended!

Pros: Perfect place for short and long stays, fully equipped with all utensils. Very polite hosts and perfectly smooth communication with them. I am already booking my future stays.

Quiet and safe, easy to move around.

Pros: Very quiet area, not far from metro, safe and clean. We enjoyed the stay. The place is a big apartment with a shared area, but it wasn’t a problem. Helpful if you need to leave your luggage. Nice stay, hopefully they’ll keep the decent prices for Rome…

Lovely stay in Roma in a lovely, very confortable, and quiet place.

Pros: The confort of the room, which has lots of space. The lovely neighbourhood, outside the crowded and overtourisitc parts of Roma - the counterpart is that you have long walks to get to the most touristic places, but there is a city bus with a stop really close to the residence. The very clear explanation on how to acces the place and immediate replies (by WhatsApp) of the owners to all questions we had. The daily cleaning.

Cons: The only remark is that the shower is rather small, but this was not a problem for us.

Pros: Accommodation was exactly what we were after. Clean and tidy, spacious bed, private bathroom, felt very secure. Shared area was also clean and tidy, Space for cooking and socialising.

Very clean comfortable stay in a quiet part of central Rome.

Pros: Located in a quiet area of town, with newly renovated facilities. Everything was very neat and clean and I love that you had your own private bathroom. When I left I bumped into the owner and had a quick chat. Very friendly person so I have no complaints. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic accommodation, perfect for exploring Rome

Pros: A wonderful shared apartment (kitchen and seating area, though we didn't see another soul), and a lovely room with en-suite bathroom a mere mile away from the Colosseum. Great local restaurants too.

Cons: The accommodation is great, city of Rome could do with sorting out the wobbly pavements up the small hill to it.

Excellent place for base to explore Rome.

Pros: Well located for exploring Rome. The place is very quiet and comfy; and there is a nice cafe/bar just outside which is good for breakfasts. The area is quiet and there are no tourists which is a bonus. On last day you can leave luggage safely all day and pick it up later which helps.

Cons: To use a passcode 4 times to get in is a bit of a bind but otherwise we have nothing negative to say.

Pros: Smooth and modern in a central location. Clean place and friendly staff. Good place for a work trip.

Cons: Rooms were a little noisy, could hear the people in other room listening to tv. Otherwise neighbourhood quiet.
