Short stay in Rome for the Six Nations.

Pros: The guesthouse is in an excellent location for visiting Rome and most sites are walkable. The room is very clean and comfortable with everything you need and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. This was our second visit and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Pros: Goog location, close to Collosseum, Forum. There are restaurants and grocery stores around.

Cons: The shower is in the same room as bedroom.

Fresh, modern and extra

Pros: The location is excellent as it's near to the circle Massimo as well as the Metro station. The kitchenette with mini bar and coffee station as well as snacks was a welcome perk.

Cons: There wasn't anything not to like however I will mention that the edges of the bed frame can be rather sharp and could use some corner pads so had to be very careful when navigating around it.

Pros: Convenient for Circo Massimo. Ten minutes walk from the Colosseum. Large comfortable room. Agreeable staff.

Cons: Self check in worked well. I was pleased to see the friendly host in the morning.

Pros: This is a very nice residential neighbourhood close to a metro station & accessible to attractions within 20 mins walk to Colosseo. And there is a hop on hop off bus nearby for a city sightseeing. Aleksandra is very helpful & friendly. She took care of our stay perfectly & she also prepared a bottle of prosecco for my birthday. The kitchenette were well stocked with water, soft drinks, chocolates & coffee & tea daily. The room is just nice for 3 person. They only have 3 rooms available. This is the biggest they have. Good for couple with 1 kid. I like the quietness area far from tourist crowd. Definitely a plus for people who wants to have a relaxed stay.

Pros: This place was really nice! Close to main attractions. The staff was kind and helpful. Easy to get from the airport. We love the complimentary water and biscuits. Thanks for the bottle of Prosecco.

Pros: Exceptional staff and location. The hotel is in the quiet residentisl street a few steps from the metro station snd excellent coffee shop

Absolutely fabulous would stay again anytime

Pros: Everything, position was great, selection of free drinks in fridge each day due to some works going on in the day ( which we didn’t hear at all!!), a coffee machine etc, fresh fruit in room and sweets; gave us a small umbrella in case it rained one day. Couldn’t do enough for us! Fantastic!

Cons: Couldn’t really use the garden area as it was shaded by trees and too many insects that would have eaten me alive!
