Testaccio B45 Guesthouse

Pros: We were able to check in and leave bags and could have used the room 4 hours earlier than expected. The restaurant opposite looked very good, but we didn't eat there. Lots of locals did though and the menu was more interesting than many restaurants in the city.

Cons: Be aware that you are sharing an apartment. We weren't aware of that, and it is not clear on Booking,com. No soundproofing between rooms and we could hear our neighbours very clearly and in particular when they were using the bathroom. Room 2 is a much nicer room than room 1. Remote access and self check-in so no reception staff costs involved, but price doesn't reflect that. Communication was slow and left us anxious about our arrangements until last minute. The self check-in system is a bit of a faff and didn't work on my android phone. We managed to make it work on my wife's Apple phone.

Pros: General look of the room was nice, location was not super central but in a cool neighborhood.

Cons: Shower didn't work super well. Check in was a bit complicated.

Pros: Excellent facilities and location was perfect, numerous shops, pharmacies and restaurants within a couple minutes walk. Room had everything needed, kitchen was well equipped. Apartment was easy to access with instructions given by property management.

Cons: I found it abit difficult to find at first. The entrance to the apartment block wasn't very clear in the street. Would of been nice if someone had met in person and showed how to access the apartment as a one off.

A wonderful stay in a great location

Pros: Very nice spacious room with character. Great location in Testaccio, with local cafes, restaurants and the piazza very close.

Cons: Nothing significant

Cool and cosy

Pros: The kitchen was a lovely space. I liked the style of everything.

Cons: The shower was blocked.

Pros: A great apartmant!! a lot of space, very clean, great local neighborhood close to trastevere (10-15min walk), the host was super helpfull and availble.

Cons: A few things to improve - its nice to have the air conditiner but it was pretty hot at night, the door is hard to lock, there isn't any safe box in the room to keep important things, when you turn on the light in the bathroom at night the whole room is full of light. But all small things and we had really good experience!

Pros: I liked most the location and worst the TV channels which are on Italians thst I don't speak.

Pros: Casa perfetta. Due camere, due bagni e terrazzino.

Cons: Una macchina per un espresso ci vorrebbe.

Modern room in local city building

Pros: Quiet room in lovely area and still not too far from city center and train station to airport

Cons: Initially complex process to access and get the key but actually super convenient!

Pros: Stanza molto carina, compreso il bagno e la grande doccia. Zona fantastica, si respira roma, quella vera. Staff gentile e disponibile.
