Restfull and fancy place

Good room for a good price
Pros: You get what you pay for it, it was clean, bed is comfortable, it is a simple room! If you travel low coast Don’t expect 5 star, but is more than enough! Really close to the bus stop and Piramide metro station, good restaurants around, easy to find the address and get the keys with Daniele ( she sent all the information the day before on how to self check in) Yes the toilet is outside the room, but this is not a problem, I have been to Rome and most of the places I have stayed was like this. Just put clothes to get out and you will be fine!
Cons: They are sorting all the feedbacks left here, so I will leave one that did not affect my stay but could be nice, have hanger for the towel in the the toilet and a tray for the soap in the shower. But it was a really nice stay.

It was really good, cost valued.
Pros: It is such a good location, when you want to visit the all things in the city centre, walking or taking bus (716,83,…). Check-in was really easy and user friendly. Communication with the owner was fast and successful. Everything was ok, clean bedroom and living room. In the living room is also refrigerator and it helps a lot. Suggestion for owner: explain every image-> it is going to help a lot.
Cons: We were in July, when is too hot and you don’t have the air-condition in the bedroom, only in the living room and we really missed it. Also, wifi connection is possible only in bedroom. You actually share the living room and lobby with another bedroom, but each has own bathroom (images are not clear and understandable). Don’t forget to close the elevator’s door (because neighbors require that)!

Excelente ubicación!!!
Pros: Está en una excelente ubicación. La habitación muy bien y cómoda. Pasamos 3 noches ,salíamos temprano y recorrimos todo a pie. Ya que se está muy cerca de todo. Y para quien no quiera andar....tiene la estación de metro enfrente y la del tren. Así que fantástica ubicación y el precio bien..

Pros: La struttura è davvero super centrale, noi siamo arrivati al Colosseo passeggiando. Zona servitissima di mezzi e con kebab aperto fino alle 5, per noi molto utile per comprare l’acqua o un pasta in tarda serata. Il proprietario si è dimostrato molto disponibile, abbiamo avuto un problema con la caldaia e ha risolto in poche ore. Asciugamani puliti, vicini silenziosi.
Cons: Unica piccola pecca l’acqua calda faticava ad arrivare, era per lo piú tiepida, però gestibile.

Pros: Ми подорожували у двох, то місця було достатньо, розташування чудове( магазини, кав'ярні, піцерії, колізей) все в пішому доступі. Ремонту в кімнаті не було, але і ціна відповідна. Господар завжди був на зв'язку. Ванна кімната окрема на кожну кімнату. Є общий холодильник. В загальному рекомендую.

Pros: świetna lokalizacja, przy samej stacji metra, bezpieczny budynek, na dole sklepik czynny do późnych godzin i fast food czynny do późnych godzin nocnych, w odległości ok 10 min duży carefour, pociąg nad samo morze koło apartamentu
Cons: łazienka z drugiego pokoju przylagała do tego w którym spaliśmy, co powodowało straszny hałas w nocy szczególnie przez trudno zamykające drzwi i spłuczki w łazience, brak klimatyzacji ale do przeżycia z wiatrakiem, mieliśmy tego świadomość rezerwując pokój

Очень удобное место расположения квартиры , в любое время можно было связаться с хозяином квартиры.
Pros: Большая Кровать , удобные подушки , кондиционер , холодильник, чайник , телевизор , понравилось всё. Хозяин квартиры был всегда на связи .
Cons: Ничего не могу сказать , всё было хорошо!

Pros: A localização é muito boa, te permite viver a cidade fora dos pontos turísticos super lotados, mas ainda sim bem perto deles (2 estações de metro do coliseu ou 30 min andando). Em frente a um ponto de ônibus que leva ao Vaticano e ao trem que vai para o aeroporto. Comunicação com os donos super fácil, recomendo!!
Cons: O banheiro realmente não é ótimo, falta ventilação e alguns suporte para você colocar sua roupa/ toalha / shampoo. Mas, dado que a hospedagem em Roma é caríssima, é só um detalhe perto do benefícios da hospedagem.
