Pros: Good staff and when ask for keep luggage after check out for 5 hours they kept

Pros: Only pleasant impressions of the room and the staff. Sincerely grateful.

Good quality/price/location

Pros: Good if you need a room at last minute for 2 or 3 days, you have a confortable bed, ac, a fridge and a small bathroom cab, it has a small stove but it didn't have any pot, but you won't probably use anyway, and just in front of the train station

Cons: The bathroom is small, if you are a little bit overweight wont be comfortable to take a bath there, maybe missing a curtains, and hopefully the people before you close the lift door or you will have to go all the way to the 6th floor

Excellent value for the price

Pros: The property offers excellent value for the price. The rooms were clean, and we appreciated having a balcony and functioning ac. The location is highly convenient, situated next to a major train station with nearby bus stops, and the city center is within walking distance for those willing to take a longer stroll.

Cons: The only drawback was the bed, which was a foldable design and somewhat small. However, considering the price, it was still a worthwhile trade-off.

Pros: The room was neat and clean. Staff also was very friendly.

The room’s a great value for money and were we to come on a budget trip to Rome again, I would book it again.

Pros: It was located in a good neighbourhood and a metro, bus and a train station are all nearby. The property itself has all the amennities it’s suppossed to have and the staff was helpful when we couldn’t find the entry and allowed us to pay by card even when they prefered us to pay in cash.

Cons: The location listed on the booking is different to the actual location (the actual location is Piazzale dei Partigiani 7) but surprisingly it’s even a better location than the listed one. Although it was really hard to find for us as google maps show the location in a different place but the hosts gave us directions and helped us. The room we had wasn’t the same as the photos shown but the only difference is the design in the room and the bathroom (the wallpaper is a basic red color with no heart design and the bathroom only has black scales) but that’s unimportant and we really didn’t mind.

It was no cheat, but then again, nothing is cheap in Rome. Recommended

Pros: The location was tin an apartment complex, and surely there lived a lot of people, but he heard nobody. It was very quiet. And it is in waking distance to Forum Maximum, Forum Romano, Coliseum and other known historical locations in Rome.

Cons: There was no option for making coffee or tea, we missed that.

Pros: Nice staff Conveniently close to Piramide Very clean and comfortable Big room and bright

Cons: A bit expensive but this is Rome

Pros: Near the metro, better than expected (based on reviews), amenities are all working fine

Cons: The first few communications with the staff weren't that good due to language barrier, Thought that we were gonna be robbed since we were being directed to a different address(location) which we will know eventually as another property of the hotel. Though we had this issues, it turned out well in the end and we had a lovely stay in the apartment

Cómoda, sin lujos pero con lo imprescindible para pasar dos días en roma

Pros: Lo mejor que tiene el alojamiento es la ubicación. Metro y bus a tan solo 5/10 min que te conecta con toda la ciudad. No esperes lujo, pero si una buenísima opción calidad-precio.

Cons: El edificio y el acceso en la recepción.
