Exceptional hospitality and beautiful rooms at a great price

Pros: The room was tastefully decorated and the bathroom drop dead gorgeous. Spacious and spa like it was one of the best showers I’ve ever had in Italy. Just a short walk away from the major hub of Piramide but far enough away that it felt almost tranquil. But the best part of all was Christian who went above and beyond as a host. From the first welcome and his patience for my tardiness to the minute I checked out and even after. He was an incredible host who was super sweet, accommodating and responsive, helping to ensure my stay at his place and when in Rome in general felt like home. Thank you again Christian! What an exceptional host.

It was perfect

Pros: It was a really great stay, the property was perfect for a small weekend trip! Very comfortable bed, as well as the location. It was only 20 minutes from Colosseum, and transportation was comfortable as well. The manager of the place was really kind to help, he send videos with instructions and we also could check in earlier and leave our suitcases be pre 15:00

Great localisation, super nice hosts- 100% recommend

Pros: Localisation is super nice and quiet. Very well connected. Super super nice hosts.

Cons: I mean the hot tub is amazing but taking shower in it after your excitement over it drops - is quite sad especially if you are over 30 years old.

Everything excelent except hot water

Pros: The host was extremely kind and willing to help. The room was very comfortable and had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.

Cons: The only negative it that the apartment had no hot water 3 out of 4 days I stayed there so I had to shower with cold water. I told the host since the first day and he listened and came to solve it twice, however, there was just enough hot water to shower comfortably until the very last day.

Pros: Ottima soluzione per chi vuole stare in una zona comoda per gli spostamenti (sia a piedi sia con i mezzi) ma tranquilla!

Pros: Accoglienza è stata molto accurata, la camera confortevole e pulita è ben servita dai trasporti. Le nostre richieste sono state tutte esaudite. Esperienza da ripetere

Pros: Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! La chambre était super, très confortable et idéalement située, dans un quartier très calme et avec un accès facile aux transports (bus/métro). En moins de 25 minutes, on rejoint les grands monuments comme le Colisée ou la Fontaine de Trévi, et le quartier de Trastevere, très vivant le soir, est tout près. Le propriétaire, Cristiano, a été incroyable : très gentil, disponible et arrangeant. Il nous a même permis de garder nos valises le dernier jour pour que nous puissions profiter pleinement sans contrainte. Je mets sans hésiter la note de 10/10 !

Cons: Le seul petit bémol serait la tuyauterie de la salle de bain (pression un peu faible et douche à revoir), mais c’est vraiment un détail comparé à tout le reste qui était parfait.
