Very pleasant experience.

Pros: We stayed here for few days around New Years. It was very clean, the bed was big and comfortable. There was lots of room and it wasn’t too noisy. The room has small fridge, coffee maker and a kettle.

Cons: Since we stayed end of December, the bathroom was quite cold.

Excellent standard of room and good location

Pros: Good location with excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk. The room was well appointed and very clean (looked brand new!). Monica, our host was very welcoming.

Cons: Tea, Coffee and breakfast items were in the room, but not replenished..disappointing. No room service/towel change in 4 days, nothing to wash cups and spoons with (after 4 days becomes a bit ick rinsing the cup in the bathroom). No shower curtain and nowhere to hang towels.

A Comfortable Haven in Rome with Just a Few Minor Hiccups

Pros: Our stay at Aura Roma was an absolute delight. Aside from a few very minor details, it was simply perfect. Everything felt fresh and new: the room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable. After a long day of walking and exploring Rome, it truly felt like coming home. The interior and the calm atmosphere made it easy to fully relax. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome touches — water, juice, and a simple breakfast to start our day. The host was very easy to reach and always responsive. A wonderful place to stay in Rome, highly recommended!

Cons: There was Wi-Fi, but unfortunately it wasn’t working during our stay, which meant I had to use my own mobile data at extra a cost for me. Our first room had a defect with the air conditioning, but the host resolved this quickly. We sometimes lacked towels as they were not refreshed daily. Quite a lot of light came in from the hallway, though we managed to block it with a towel in front of the door. There were also two different mattress toppers, which caused us to slide into the middle of the bed during the night.

Newer Property Highly Recommended

Pros: It's a new property so everything was clean and tidy. Owner was very attentive and responsive.

Cons: Maybe housekeeping service can be provided in case of long stay though the owner was happy to get the room cleaned on request.

Todo genial y muy bien comunicado

Pros: La comunicación con Monica fue excelente. Nos aconsejó lugares para comer y nos resolvió rápidamente un imprevisto que tuvimos. Todo genial. El barrio muy tranquilo y con una estación de metro justo en la puerta que en 14 minutos te deja en el Coliseo.

Oltre le aspettative

Pros: Stanza grande e pulitissima, accoglienza ottima, dotata di tutto il necessario compresa una piccola colazione confezionata e caffè in cialde. La struttura si trova letteralmente sopra la fermata della metropolitana quindi comodissima. Il letto era comodissimo.

Pros: Struttura accogliente e pulita, personale disponibile e premuroso.

Pros: la stanza è ampia, nitidissima e straordinariamente riposante: niente quadri o soprammobili, ma colori riposanti come il verde salvia, arredi funzionali, armadi spaziosi, un bagno con grande doccia dotata di soffione maxi e perfino un piccolo, delizioso balcone. La pulizia è impeccabile, la biancheria di buona qualità, le dotazioni ricche, dal bagnoschiuma a quanto occorre per una tisana e una colazione in camera. Simona è molto efficiente e flessibile, specie per gli orari del check-in dentro la fascia oraria senza sovrapprezzo. La zona è servitissima da mezzi, metro (davanti al portone) e locali; c'è anche un negozietto alla porta accanto aperto fino alle 3 di notte e fornito tra l'altro di ottimi vini.

Cons: Metterei nella stanze una poltroncina per il relax e darei la possibilità di scegliere un cuscino più sostenuto, non in memory foam.

Pros: La posizione della struttura è fantastica, vicino alla metro C o vicino alla fermata dei bus. Il personale è attento e sempre disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi problema.

Cons: La temperatura della camera era troppo alta, anche se avevo termosifone e condizionatore spento. La pulizia, polvere in particolare , può essere migliorata.

Pros: Very well connected and situated in a good area. The communication with the staff was smooth and effective.
