Very well equipped, comfortable apartment in good, but noisy, location

Pros: It was spacious, bright and airy. Beds were comfortable. It had everything we might need, and had lots of little touches we appreciated, like supplying dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee and other useful things like that. Two bathrooms very handy. Having lift access was supremely useful with our buggy. WiFi was good. Communication from the owners was fine.

Cons: While the apartment is excellently located, this does mean it can be extremely noisy. We found the front bedroom practically unusable as a sleeping space: the combination of noise from outside, with the fact that the shutters don’t properly fit the windows so beams of light dart across the ceiling every few seconds from passing cars, meant that after the first night we decamped to the back bedroom which was quieter. Others may not be as bothered by the noise, but it is something to consider when booking, especially as we visited in November so we had the windows closed all the time, plus it was likely a bit quieter in terms of street life at night.

Pros: The apartment is very spacious and has all the amenities you’d need. Bed are very comfortable.

Cons: One bedroom is roadside and can be a little noisy at night time but it didn’t not stop me from sleeping.

Lovely. Location is wonderful and the home was comfortable and spotless.

Pros: The location is exceptional. Not only the view of the famous bridge but the historic road, the proximity to all the needed amenities and main attractions. Honestly couldn’t be better. The decor is homely and makes one feel like you are a local.

Cons: There are some signs of repair needed - simple things like a shower curtain that is in place of a broken or missing shower door. But truly I’m only saying this because it asks me to. Mostly it’s all truly comfortable. And we loved the antiques and homely touches.

Great apartment for.up.to.4 people

Pros: Beautiful apartment directly on the river, so it's not quite as hot as many other places, ice cream parlors and grocery stores right around the corner, and directly at the pedestrian bridge to Travestere(?).

Cons: Whereas we enjoyed the music and other entertainment on and across the bridge, it goes until past midnight in the summer, so some people might be bothered by the noise. But we were always so tired that it didn't matter 😴

Pros: Läget. Storleken. Perfekt för familj med äldre barn. De kunde hänga i Trastevere på kvällen.
