Great all round

Pros: Fantastic location, right in the heart of all attractions. Comfortable bed, amazing views. Responsive host. Great value

Pros: The view and location are perfect. It’s very clean. On the 5th floor with an elevator but a few stairs in the apartment itself. Just perfect.

Pros: The studio is wonderful, has everything you need. Very stylish and functional furniture, with an incredible view. It is located in the historical center on a quiet and pleasant street. The only drawback is the very difficult communication with the hosts, which stressed us a lot when opening and settling into the studio.

Beautiful, cozy and perfect location.

Pros: The location and views of the city are even better than expected. The creative way the kitchen and bathroom were oganized made for a very comfortable living space. The patience from the host was exceptional with the required city tax and proof of documents via the Vikey tool. I struggled to understand what documents were necessary and why my Vikey check-in wasn't working. The host worked extra diligently and patiently to make sure it was all correct. Thank you.

Cons: I might have missed the directions regarding opening the main door, but I found that confusing. The online tools such as checking in and Vikey made the trip more complicated. This is not personal to AC21, but it is good to know what Rome requires of its visitors beforehand.

Un appartement au cœur de la ville, au dessus des toits.

Pros: L’emplacement est exceptionnel. L’appartement est bien équipé.

Cons: L’isolation phonique par rapport à la rue qui est 6 étages plus bas, n’est pas extraordinaire. D’autre part, le propriétaire fait appel à un organisme privé pour s’enregistrer, demander des photos des locataires, tenant leur carte d’identité. Ainsi que pour récupérer la taxe de séjour. Booking m’annonçait 60 € pour cinq jours, or cet organisme me demandait 75 €, avec ma domiciliation bancaire, mon RIB, etc. Lorsque j’ai refusé de donner mes données bancaires à cet organisme, le propriétaire n’a pas aimé. Il a fallu que j’échange 25 mails pour réussir à avoir les 2 codes d’entrée, l’étage de l’appartement et m’entendre avec lui pour lui remettre la taxe d’habitation qui était due. C’est même le voisin qui a fini par nous ouvrir la porte de la rue. Un peu compliqué comme arrivée…

Superlativo

Pros: Posizione centrale, ambiente pulitissimo e super profumato. Vista mozzafiato su Fontana di Trevi e Cupola di San Pietro. Dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per trascorrere un soggiorno indimenticabile. Il letto e i cuscini sono molto comodi.
