Jacuzzi Rooms

Perfect location, very clean and lovely staff.

Pros: Very central and very clean. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was excellent.

Cons: The room was a little on the small side with no area to sit other than the bed. If it was a summer location it wouldn’t have been a problem but on returning to the room to warm up it was a bit squashed.

Pros: Close to the underground and El Vaticano. The jacuzzi was great after spending a long day walking around the city. Thanks for the upgrade 😃 Breakfast was basic, but for the price of the hotel, it was good! The staff was kind and helpful 👌

Cons: If you don't have data, be sure that you tell them the time of your arrival. Once you get to your room, you'll have the keys, and the access to the building will be much easier.

Warm and welcoming experience in Roma!

Pros: Location Location Location! Right at the Ottaviano Metro station with lots of shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the Vatican and River. The room is quirky and fun. Exceptionally clean. Bed was really comfortable, we slept great! The lady in the properly who cleaned the rooms and brought breakfast was also so warm and friendly. She couldn’t have been more helpful. Breakfast delivery was a lovely touch, warm pastry’s, cereal, snacks and juice delivered to the door every morning. We also met a lovely little sausage dog. Honestly can’t recommend the property highly enough.

Cons: Nothing at all!

Pros: Staff was really helpful and very friendly 🙂, definitely will come back again, and i will definitely recommend it.

Cons: You need to have internet coverage to access building and room. Not an issue for us but could be for some.

Pros: It was great! We had a street view room which was still quite quiet even though it looked at the street. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Staff were nice and helpful.

Cons: Operating the doors via the app was a bit strange and not explained enough to begin with so we struggled a bit to get in on arrival. Staff was available on WhatsApp so they helped and assisted us.

Pros: Great location just outside the metro station Ottaviano and 13 mins walk to Vaticano. Some shops are around and good restaurant across the street. Room was clean and the host very nice and helpful. Jacuzzi was a great addition to each evening after hours of walking

Absolutely Fabulous!

Pros: Everything! We were absolutely delighted with the jacuzzi in the room. The snacks in the mini bar and coffee maker. Lovely toiletries and fresh fluffy towels. We even got room service breakfast delivered to the door to eat in bed!! Will definitely be coming back ❤️

Cons: Position of the bed near the door but I should have just slept at the other side lol.
