Highly recommend and we will be back to stay

Pros: The hosts met us on arrival and showed us everything in the property. Water in the fridge was a lovely gesture. Property was really lovely and spotless.

Cons: Nothing to complain about, beautiful old building.

Our holiday home in Rome !

Pros: We were 6 friends enjoying a weekend together in Rome. Livia86 was the perfect location for us to enjoy our weekend. Newly furnished. Great amenities. Clean toilet facilities. A nice, small kitchen. Bright and spacious sleeping quarters. Top location to reach the main tourist attractions. Host / guest communication was top ! 5 Stars all round. We can highly recommend and we would certainly stay here again if we were back in Rome !

Everything was just wonderful

Pros: Large and very spacious apartment. Soft and comfortable beds for a restful sleep. Communication with the hotel owner is very easy and convenient. The location of the hotel is in a very good and convenient part of the city.

Pros: Apartament w świetnej lokalizacji. Wszędzie blisko pieszo. Wracaliśmy głównie do spania. Miękkie materace, ale bardzo wygodne. Jedna z łazienek jest malutka dla szczupłych osób. Kontakt z wynajmującym doskonały, w każdej chwili. Transport z lotniska idealny, szybko i sprawnie. Dzielnica piękna. Bliskość wspaniałych restauracji gdzie unoszą się cudowne zapachy. Polecam gorąco dla zwiedzających, bo przecież tam się udajemy. Piękne miasto i przesympatyczni mieszkańcy. Było cudownie i trzeba do Rzymu wrócić.
