Pros: Safe location, with plenty of excellent bars and restaurants near by, 25 mins walk from Vatican, 40mins from Roman forum.

Cons: Public transport is not excellent in this location

Pros: The best thing for me was that the apartment was clean and everything was new. Air conditioning is a luxury, because it was really hot in Rome. The apartment was cool and warmed up quickly. We didn't cook, so we had enough crockery. The host Luca was really friendly, nice and helpful. He also asked during the week if everything was okay and if we needed any additional information. The location was great and very close to the best restaurants in Trastevere. Sometimes there was a lot of noise outside, but we slept well and it was quiet at night. The location was on the lowest floor, so we didn't have to climb stairs after walking around the city all day. I really highly recommend this place to everyone.

Pros: La posizione è ottima, casa molto spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario. Il proprietario è eccezionalmente ospitale, anche il portiere del palazzo è stato gentilissimo. Abbiamo apprezzato caffè e the a disposizione e la cucina attrezzata di tutto. Letti e cuscini molto comodi. Il proprietario si è dimostrato molto disponibile in ogni momento, davvero perfetta comunicazione e attenzione agli ospiti.

Cons: Le finestre non hanno la possibilità di oscurare perfettamente la notte e gli split per il calore creano un po’ di condensa internamente. Cose minime ma il soggiorno è stato perfetto

Pros: El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario y todo muy nuevo y súper limpio la zona de estar es la que veo un poco más deficiente, porque éramos cuatro personas y tiene solamente una cama y sofá cama, pero aún así muy bien Pero aún así lo recomiendo

Pros: Świeżo, czysto, wyposażenie ok (brakowało jedynie kieliszków do wina). Miejsce spokojne, czułam się bardzo bezpiecznie.

Cons: Okno salonu, a dokładniej chyba dawne drzwi, wychodziły na boczną uliczkę.

Fin och fräsch lägenhet i mycket bra läge. Värden var trevlig och tillgänglig.

Pros: Lägenheten är modern och välutrustad, man får ett bra intryck av hur den ser ut genom bilderna i annonsen. Värden var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam och bor i samma hus vilket innebär att man normalt kan få hjälp med saker utan något större dröjsmål. För det pris vi betalade (1600€ för fyra personer i åtta nätter) är det nog svårt att hitta något bättre i Rom. Området är trevligt, det är precis utanför området med de mest livliga gatorna i Trastevere, vilket innebär att det är lugnt men ändå nära till restauranger, barer, caféer mm. Det är också nära över till Centro Storico och inte heller långt från Vatikanen. Vi var jättenöjda med vår vistelse och rekommenderar verkligen detta boende!

Cons: Normalt föredrar vi att bo högre upp än bottenplanet och det skulle varit trevligt med fler fönster, men med den fina innergården och den höga takhöjden kändes det inte alls instängt. Fönsterdörren i köket/vardagsummet vetter ut mot en bakgata som för det mesta är lugn, men ibland kan folk passera och vara lite högljudda, vilket kan vara bra att veta om man tänkt att använda bäddsoffan i det rummet. I sovrummet är det dock lugnt och tyst och våra barn som sov ute i bäddsoffan stördes inte särskilt mycket. Så egentligen ingenting att klaga på!
