Appartement proche du centre ville où tout peut être fait à pieds.

Pros: Appartement proche du centre ville. 20min à pieds du Vatican.

Cons: Pas de clim sur la mezzanine. Il fait trop chaud pour dormir.

Appartamento luminoso, spazioso, in zona Trastevere super tranquilla

Pros: Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile, appartamento accogliente, luminoso e molto spazioso con giardinetto esterno. Arredamento particolare che attira l’attenzione. Le pulizie andrebbero riviste.. ho notato ragnatele sulla vetrata (all’interno) verso il giardino e negli angoli luminosi. Polvere sotto ai divani.

Peccato!! Che delusione

Pros: Appartamento molto spazioso ma, non curato a dovere. L'impressione è che il proprietario faccia pochi sopralluoghi e lascia tutto in mano ad un'\

Cons: Siamo prossimi ad Halloween ma le ragnatele vanno tolte. Comunque, poca pulizia in generale, uno dei due bagni inutilizzabile causa impianti wc e doccia rotti. Umidità e muffa sui muri. Appena abbiamo fatto presente la situazione del bagno, il proprietario (mai visto, né sentito) si è scusato tramite WhatsApp ma, non ha fatto nulla per risolvere il problema.
