Pros: The apartment is spacious and exactly as described. It has all the equipment you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great — about a 20-minute walk to the Vatican Museums, with a large market, bus stops, and the metro just a few minutes away. One small suggestion for the host: it would be nice to have bed blankets available during the autumn season, as the nights can be slightly cold.

Pros: Good location, 300m from metro station. Host responded immediately and resolved issue with heat pump next day morning. The apartment is clean and spacious. No problems with Wi-Fi.

Cons: There are problems with hot water; it takes a long time for it to become hot. If you temporarily turn off the water, it turns cold again, and you have to run it again.
