Pros: Mario is very kind person and excellent host. The location is great. If we ever come back to Rome we will chose Room 91 again.

Pros: Nothing to complain, really clean apartment. The owner Mario and his father were always helpful.

Pros: Very good hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to Vatican (15 minutes walk). Metro station Ottaviano is 2 Minutes walk. Next to the hotel there are many nice restaurants and shops. Everything went well. Will come back again.

Great location

Pros: The place was great- centrally located and safe. Walking distance to St Peter's Basilica and many other tourist attractions. Surrounded by restaurants and shops so everything was in close proximity. Mario, the host, was welcoming and answered queries promptly even before my trip. He also recommended a couple of places which was helpful! Would recommend for the location! :)

Truly enjoyed our stay at Room-91 and look forward to stating there again.

Pros: Simple room with adequate space located few meters from the Metro and about 20 mins walk from the Vatican. Mario was an excellent proprietor. The rooms were cleaned daily to our satisfaction. The refrigerator was a great amenity and working towel heater was awesome. Two water bottles were provided daily which helps with hydration (thank you)

Cons: This is not a complain but what we felt can be a better experience. I think, facial tissue be provided. The breakfast was inconsistent- there were only 3 options. If you have Option 3, sometimes you get a choice from a variety of croissants or pastries, but depending on who serves, you only get 2 choices of croissants. So, for 7 days of breakfast can be unexciting. But of course, daily breakfast was a good way to start a busy day!

Cons: The breakfast option is not worth it. The coupon you get for a nearby café gives you one croissant, a cup of coffee, and a tiny glass of juice. Not worth the money.

Pros: The location is within a very short walking distance from the Metro. We were welcomed by the host, who gave us very good advice on restaurants and experiences in Rome. Our room was clean and well equipped, and Room 91 is highly recommended🤗
