Pros: Great location for family - 3 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
Cons: Property was great- maybe only thing others should know is there is no actual lounge room just the 3 bedrooms and a small kitchen but as a traveller we only rested and no need for lounge or kitchen

Everyone should do Rome at least once and I recommend Trastavere 3 Rooms as a base.
Pros: Trastavere is a superb location for visiting Rome. You're close enough to get into the Old City to see everything (look up the 'Roma Pass' to see if it could be of use to you) during the day and Trastavere is a maze of narrow cobbled streets full of restaurants and bars suitable for pretty much all tastes and pockets. Mauro is a superb host and will respond to your queries with help and suggestions pretty quickly by text. Superb Gelato shop 100 yards down the street for yummy ice creams and home made Sicilian pastries and cakes. Also 10 minute walk to the Gianicolo Hill - brilliant view of Rome!!!!!
Cons: Pretty much nothing! Just a heads up though - for sight seeing, take trainers! Most streets are cobbled, you will probably walk most of the time just soaking it all up and you're also liable to use many, many stairs! (Bonus, you lose a few pounds even after the pizzas, pasta and gelato!) You need eyes in the back of your head for the traffic - especially the scooters - though amazingly we never saw a pedestrian in a collision! And lastly, sadly, much like Paris, there is graffiti everywhere in Trastavere, though whilst annoying at first, it seems less noticeable after a short while!

Pros: Muy buena ubicación con muchas tiendas t restaurantes alrededor Cerca del centro ,andando a 30 minutos.buena comunicación con tranvías y autobuses para ir a termini y centro.cocina amplia con utensilios para cocinar.dejaron azúcar, sal,café Cuarto de baño uno con ducha con agua caliente.hacia mucho frío y el apartamento estuvo caliente y con una temperatura muy agradable
Cons: Nos costó mucho encontrar la caja de las llaves para entrar al apartamento ,las instrucciones eran confusas por lo que tuvimos que comunicarnos por WhatsApp para que nos lo aclararan.no tiene cuarto de estar aunque lo especificaba en la descripción del apartamento.habia un colchón manchado de cafe

Excelente estancia en Trastevere.
Pros: Excelente ubicacion a unos pasos de buenos restaurantes, comercios, lavanderia y sobre todo a 10 minutos de una parada del Turibus. Calle tranquila aun con la cercania de negocios del Trastevere. Cuartos amplios con camas comodas.

Cons: Tout était bien en ordre, mis à part de minimes détails dans la salle de bains dont l'hôte va s'occuper au plus vite.

Gut ausgestattete Unterkunft in einem der interessantesten Stadtteile Roms
Pros: Man wohnt dort sehr ruhig, obwohl um einen herum das pralle römische Leben tobt. Gastgeber kümmert sich regelmäßig per Mail-Nachfrage, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren äußerst zufrieden.

Pros: Petites attentions très appréciées (une bouteille de vin à notre arrivée, du café...), grands espaces et jolie déco, et propriétaires attentionnés, disponibles et conciliants 😀
Cons: Un peu de bruit le week-end côté rue... mais on est situé en plein centre de Trastevere... C est pas rédhibitoire, on reviendra avec grand plaisir

Hezké, prostorné ubytování na skvělém místě.
Pros: Ubytování se nachází na opravdu skvělém místě. V blízkém okolí se nachází veliké množství restaurací, obchodů, kaváren, k památkám se krásně dostanete pěšky. Apartmán byl krásně prostorný, se třemi ložnicemi, dvěma koupelnami, takže když jedete se skupinou přátel, máte všichni dostatečný komfort. Kuchyňka byla malinká, ale naprosto stačila. Postele velmi pohodlné, polštáře taky. Dostatek ručníků pro všechny. Hezký vše uklizeno. Majitelé perfektně komunikovali o všem, poskytli veškeré informace,zapnuli nám topení. Dostatek tablet myčky, základní potraviny, jako sůl, čaj, olej. Toto ubytování, mohu vřele doporučit.
Cons: Bohužel moc neodtékaly odpady ve sprše, bylo je třeba vyčistit. Také sprcha s hadicí, by byla potřeba vyměnit, byly už dost poničené a teda taky špinavé, ale to je práce uklízečky. Slabý proud vody. Vše ostatní bylo jinak uklizeno hezky.
