Great apartment for a family

Pros: Location was great - near to 2 metro stations on line A but gave a feel to authentic life in Rome outside the touristic city centre. Spacious apartment, super comfy beds. We enjoyed the bakery/cafe opposite the apartment most mornings.

Cons: No kettle on the kitchen for tea lovers like us. The toilet seat was coming off and there was unsightly calcium stain on the toilet which didn’t make a nice first impression.

Perfetto... finché non arriva nessuno nella stanza accanto

Pros: Letti e cuscini comodi. Ottima posizione vicino alla fermata metro Furio Camillo. Dall'aeroporto di Fiumicino è stato semplice raggiungere la struttura in treno, scendendo alla vicina stazione di Roma Tuscolana. La zona è ben fornita con bar, pizzerie, supermercati e farmacia nelle vicinanze.

Cons: Abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura per quattro notti. Due notti sono state perfette, poiché non c'era nessuno nella camera accanto. Le altre due, invece, abbiamo avuto dei vicini poco rispettosi: gli ospiti continuavano a fare rumore fino a tarda notte, finché non siamo dovuti intervenire personalmente per chiedere silenzio. La stanza accanto, essendo una doppia matrimoniale, può ospitare più persone e questo crea confusione. Sarebbe utile se la struttura prevedesse cartelli o indicazioni chiare per ricordare agli ospiti di rispettare il silenzio nelle ore notturne, ricordando agli ospiti che nelle stanze adiacenti ci sono altre persone che desiderano dormire. Questo aiuterebbe a garantire un riposo sereno a tutti.

Appartamento confortevole

Pros: Ho soggiornato nell’appartamento composto da due camere da letto e un bagno. Le camere sono molto grandi. La Cucina ben accessoriata sia dal punto di vista degli elettrodomestici che dei prodotti (es. detersivi, cialde Nespresso). La posizione in una zona ben collegata (metro, autobus, treno). Staff molto cortese

Cons: Lo scarico del bagno non era perfettamente funzionante.

Praktisches Zimmer in Metronähe

Pros: Rasche Antworten vom Vermieter , Nähe zur nächsten Metrostation, problemlose Schlüsselübergabe

Cons: Hoher Lärmpegel vom Nebenzimmer aufgrund dünner Zwischenwände.

Ottimo alloggio

Pros: Pulizia e posizionamento: vicinissima alla Metro A Furio camillo

Pros: Расположение апартамента просто супер, между двумя станциями метро, что позволяет очень быстро доехать до самых главных достопримечательных мест, еще очень важно, что железнодорожная станция находится в 5 минутах от дома( мы за 45 минут доехали до аэропорта Фьюмичино, заплатив 8 евро ) !! Было все необходимое для проживания !! Спасибо большое за такой замечательный прием !!

Cons: Единственное, что не очень приятно когда с 5 утра вывозили мусор под окнами , остальное все было супер!!!

Pros: Místo blízko stanice metra, dobrá dostupnost. V okolí kavárna i obchod, příjemné ceny. S pronajímatelem velmi dobrá komunikace přes Whatsapp. Dům velmi pěkný, klidný. Zařízení bytu odpovídalo popisu. Vše fungovalo, v letních měsících i klimatizace, kterou každý ocení. Velká spokojenost
