Cozy, comfortable stay in a good communicative area
Pros: The host was very kind and assisted us with valuable information about the city. The property was clean and comfortable. Good location.

Very nice accommodation for a good price (even last minute)
Pros: It was very easy to get there from Roma Tuscolana train station. There was a nice café downstairs and a simple kitchen in the apartment (we only used the fridge though). Bathroom was very clean and so were beds – they were also big and comfortable.
Cons: The tourist tax was incredibly high – 7 euros per person per night. So far the maximum I have ever paid was 4 euros in Florence. But it is probably not something the owner can affect… It just surprised us because in our previous visits of Rome we paid less.

Idealne miejsce
Pros: Apartament znajduje się bardzo blisko metra oraz stacji pociągów, dzięki czemu można bardzo szybko dotrzeć do każdej części miasta. Mieszkanie było idealnie czyste, sprzątane codziennie; właściciel zostawiał poczęstunek, wodę oraz kawę. Właściciel odpisuje natychmiast po wysłaniu mu wiadomości i jest bardzo pomocny. Jednym słowem - doskonale :)

Pros: Smeštaj je bio izuzetno čist, lokacija je u blizini metro stanice tako da smo vrlo brzo stizali svuda. Domaćini su veoma prijatni. U okviru smeštaja, imali smo na raspolaganju i kuhinju sa mikrotalasnom, aparatom za kafu, friziderom i svim ostalim sto bi ti bilo potrebno. Svaka preporuka☺️

Pros: Nice, clean room, fresh towels, air condition, private bathroom. Daily (workday) cleaning. Small and good equip kitchen, enough to prepare quick meal, drink, tea or coffee. Down in the building Caffetteria Spinelli with fresh coffee and croissant. 5-10 minutes to Roma Tuscolana train station, Furio Camillo metro station and also a few shops.
Cons: At night, noise from street from cars. Possible noisy quests from another rooms.

clean and nice
Pros: dotarea bucatariei comune(frigider, cuptor cu microunde, aparat cafea); existenta bideului; stocul de capsule de cafea, zaharul, ceaiurile erau refacute zilnic; fierbator in camera; fier/masa de calcat. De asemenea, pozitionarea aproape de metrou si de Gara Tuscolano reprezinta un plus (am avut zbor de pe Fiumicino si nu a fost nici o problema)
Cons: usa de la toaleta era glisanta si nu prea mergea sa fie inchisa; cabina de dus nu avea para portabila(era fixata in partea superioara), iar bateria era in partea dinspre partea fixa a cabinei; astfel trebuia sa te intinzi sa dai drumul la apa si te stropeai; poate existenta unor papuci de casa(oricat de ieftini) ar aduce un plus cazarii. Peretii, constructiv, pareau subtiri (se auzeau destul de bine vocile din alte camere)

Cómoda y agradable
Pros: El cuarto es agradable, cómodo, las instalaciones están en buen estado. El sitio está bien ubicado, cerca a parada de bus, estación del metro, restaurantes, farmacias, minimarkets, etc. La cocina es acogedora y limpia donde puedes comer algunos snacks. La habitación donde estuve da hacia la calle pero con la ventana cerrada se aísla bastante el ruido.

Turista felice😂
Pros: La camera era pulita e molto ordinata ...ogni cosa era al suo posto x coccolare il cliente. La zona Tuscolana è piena di bar e ristoranti. Il proprietario gentile e cordiale sempre pronto e attento alle mie necessità.
Cons: La cosa che nn mi è piaciuta è che nel periodo che ero lì a Roma le metro era ferma ( lavori in corso). Ma tutto ciò nn ci ha demoralizzati nel visitare la magnifica città di Roma. Ovvio questo disagio nn ha nulla a che fare con il Tollí
