Great experience

Pros: I really love the location. Near to everywhere. A lot of bars or restaurants around as well. Despite the central location, it wasn't noisy at all. Near to metro station and like 10 minutes walk to Termini main station. The apartment is well equipped, but we didn't use most of it as we were always dining somewhere in the restaurants. But if you wanted, you could cook yourself. There was also Italian cooking book with authentic recipes. Towels are provided as well. So no need to bring anything else, but your personal hygiene items. I do not know what else to say. The owner was very kind and helpful, we even got a gift from him in form of local beers. So if I was about to travel to Rome again, I would book it again. It was nice experience.

Cons: I have nothing to say in negative manner.

Pros: The owner was super helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Location was fantastic so close to everything, plenty of shops and restaurants.

Pros: location was exceptional. Just a short walk to all essential shops and the magnificent sights. the hosts were particularly helpful and their hospitality was matched by their attention to detail with facilties and how well it was equipped.

Cons: I had no complaints

Pros: The location of this charming little place was excellent. We've had 2 comfortable double beds for the four of us in a gallery upstairs, a spacious bathroom with shower and a tiny terrace, where you can dry your towel. Fridge, coffee machine and all the usual facilities were there - what really put this place over the top was the extra little touches that were waiting for us from the hosts: we've got continental breakfast for each morning, extra charger for phones, hairdryer, extra toothpaste etc. They genuinely thought about what might a traveler need and took the extra steps for making sure our needs are met. The location is unbeatable with plenty of shopping, restaurants and the Colosseum nearby.

Pros: Host was very welcoming and kept in touch throughout our stay. He couldn’t have done any more for us.

Location, location, location!

Pros: What an amazing stay! The property is as it appears in the photos and certainly is a little quirky - loved it! The host is incredibly attentive, but at the same time not intrusive, leaving you free to enjoy the beautiful city. Location is unreal and definitely the best side of town. Easy to get around on foot, metro or bus. Little cafes, restaurants and shops are within a stones throw meaning you don’t need to battle through the crowds in the evening after a busy day sight seeing. Fabulous in every way, highly recommended ❤️

Staying at the heart of Rome with a local taste

Pros: Great location! Very helpful, attentive and supporting host. Even though late checkin is an extra cost, we were warmly met really very late at night and with several delays. Delicious breakfast. We appreciated that breakfast for the family wasn’t brought each morning, but was delivered at once for several days - that was very convenient. To add, kitchen was fully equiped and we didn’t need to worry even about such tiny details as pepper or salt. Loved the design of one of the rooms :) It took some time for children to go through all the stories :)

Cons: Humidity at the appartment! First we thought that the bedding was not dry enough because it wasn’t enough time to dry it. However, in few days all our clothes got wet. Not sure if that is even healthy. A child met with big cockroach in the bathroom. Well, it was the only one and almost not alive, but that was unpleasant meeting anyways. We saw plenty of them dead in the balcony - most likely they were just killed with diclofos as the smell could be felt in the bathroom during a whole stay. Anyways, inspite that one, no other incidents with these insects :)

Pros: Excellent location in the heart of Rome in a quiet hidden coplestone street with cosy bars and restaurants. The flat was very cosy and warm with special surprise cake and gift waiting for our birthday boy! Valerio was an excellent host throughout our stay, helping us out with any questions we had and giving us useful tips! We could visit all places of interest simply by walking from the flat from morning intil late in in the evening! Thank you Valerio and family for welcoming our family so warmly!

Pros: Excellent location, safe neighbourhood in the heart of Rome with easy access to everywhere. Host is super friendly, polite and respectful in communication. Great breakfast options, very generous and well thought of ... They organised a boy and girl themed large Easter eggs for my kids, which was a really nice touch. The home itself is very functional and provides a good base for a family. The beds are very comfortable and were a blessing to get over our jet lag, travelling for over 24 hrs. Note that the bedroom ceilings are quite low, so tall folk will need to navigate the bedroom and stairs carefully (I am only 5'9\

Cons: Not a negative, but guest experience can be enhanced by improved lighting in the living area and a small microwave in the kitchen.

Great place, great host!

Pros: Nice apartment for family stay in Rome center, very close (approx. 500m) to the Colosseum. All main tourist buildings can be reached on feet. \

Cons: Considering that the apartment is in half-basement, access to daylight is poor. Also we could not really figure out how the heating can be controlled, however it was not really an issue as the nights were warm. The products for breakfast could be of a wider range - e.g., cornflakes, some other type of bread, cheese, eggs. Yet, this is a minor issue as the host was very friendly and could be asked for any help.
