Overall everything was great.

Pros: My wife and I were there from May 9 to May 15, 2025. The apartment is nice, clean, has everything you need (TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, etc.). It is comfortable to sleep - both together and in separate rooms. The house is old, with a beautiful courtyard, with an elevator. The main advantage is the location - to most attractions (the Colosseum, Capitol Hill and others) on foot no more than 30 minutes. The metro station is a 5-minute walk away (and one metro stop to the train station and the bus station, from where you can go to the airports).

Cons: Two times out of 5 nights there was noise from tourists walking on the street (but not later than 1am).

Pros: Highly recommend this apartment. It is located in the charming neighbourhood, the place is very convenient to get around. The area is bustling but the apartment is surprisingly quiet with a lot of light and space. The apartment has everything one needs for an enjoyable stay. Spent there 5 nights and will definitely come back next time.

Excelente estadía sin duda volveremos al mismo apartamento!!

Pros: Excelente todo,la ubicación el trato personal, comunicación el apartamento impecable,cómodo , limpio cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas siempre atentos nuestras necesidades fué nuestro primer viaje y sin dudas volveremos.Super recomendable!!

Cons: Lo único malo es que se el ascensor no funcionaba,pero bueno son cosas que pasan!!

Pros: Расположение отличное. В квартире тихо, несмотря на то, что балкон выходит на достаточно людную и шумную улицу. Всё, что необходимо в квартире есть. Рекомендую однозначно.

Cons: Чехлы на диванах «не свежие».

Pros: Notre séjour a été vraiment agréable. L’appartement est spacieux, calme et idéalement situé pour découvrir Rome à pied. Nous avons apprécié les recommandations de notre hôte, qui se sont révélées excellentes, aussi bien pour les restaurants que pour les petits déjeuners. La communication a été fluide, chaleureuse et attentionnée. Une hôte authentiquement sympathique, qui a su créer une atmosphère simple et conviviale.

Великолепные впечатления у детей и взрослых, хочется вернуться.

Pros: Прекрасное расположение в центре Рима, 8 минут пешком до Колизея, вокруг масса ресторанов и кафе, при этом в квартире очень тихо, так как окна выходят во внутренний двор. Милейший сосед Клаудио, который передал ключи при нашем позднем заезде.
