Great stay, very nice property

Pros: Very close to the centre and shopping and restaurants. Good space if you don't stay only in the room. Grate advices from Patrizia, we really used the guides and the map, thank you. Washing machine very usefull especially since we had one change of towels only. All needed in a week long stay, including iron facilities. Great services from the owner, Antonella, we really appreciated your flexibility.

Cons: Some consumable were not enough - toilet paper (2 rolls 4 persons one week), trash bags - one of each - especially if you sort the waste (as per requested in Rome). Cleaneliness was ok overall but could have ben better in kitchen and bathroom. Was noisy from above neighbours even very early in the morning (before 6 a.m.). We were missing a dishwasher.

Pros: Beautiful place in the heart of Monti. Great area with so many restaurants and close to so many city main spots. The hosts were awesome, very attentive, great communication and facilitated us with local recommendations. Whenever I come back to Rome, I will definitely stay here again. Can't recommend it enough. Thank you so much

Pros: Great location with amazing restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and very close to key attractions.

Pros: We had a lovely stay! Patrizia, the co-host, waited for us and was magnificent, offering a lot of tips on what to do and see in Rome. We can't thank her enough for her knowledge. Antonella was also very clear and replied to texts immediately, so everything was great!

Cons: The only thing to consider improving is possibly having thicker blinds, as we prefer to sleep in the dark.

Pros: It’s in a fantastic area, plenty of great eateries just across the road. No noise from outside, unless you had windows open. A lift that works well, good security, washing machine and tea, coffee all there. I was messaged every day to make sure all was well Someone was there to greet us and explain area and sights to see It’s in the old part of city

extra tips from Antonella on places worth visiting in Rome

Pros: Excellent location clean and tidy kitchen quite well equipped

Cons: no microwave , no coffee machine, only cafetiera (neither of this is necessary but would be useful)

Pros: Immediate feedback in helping solving problem and has smooth communication，the location is very nice with a all food gluten free restaurant

Easy walk to Colosseum, CONAD supermarket, eateries and the best Gelateria!

Pros: Host Antonella was very attentive making sure we were ok. All the bits and pieces you need were supplied to start you off. When you've been travelling all day the last thing you want to be doing is going to the supermarket to buy laundry wash or toiletries. My husband can't do stairs so the elevator was a necessity.

Cons: The lighting wasn't very bright. We found the kitchen and bathroom too small for us. Other couples perhaps wouldn't find this a negative though. Perfect for a single person.

Highly recommend

Pros: 2nd time stayed here. Location excellent. Size of apartment makes it a very relaxing stay. Good communication.

Cons: The shower head needs replacing, difficult to get the water spray with good pressure right. Also while the host provided a huge amount of information, most of this was unnecessary for us as our plans were already pretty full with activities that interested us.
