I definitely recommend this place for everyone!

Pros: It’s a jewelry box. Well-equipped, clean, there is a small patio outside, everything is close, amazing cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood, and the owners are extremely helpful and kind.

Cool place!

Pros: The location is great, so close to Colosseum, dozen of great restaurants around! A full-equiped house with coffee machine, cooker and do on. Great, caring and friendly host. Definitely recommended. But remember you will at the end you will be asked to pay a city tax (6 EUR per person per day).

Cons: The smell - apartament is on the ground floor, do it has a specific smell, but after tuning on the air condition is much more better.

Pros: Localistation just splendid. Inside: lots of detalis that confirm hospitality of the owner. You know, there is always the lack of something in places like this. Here you have really everything. Lighter. Umbrellas to use in need. Scisors. Kitchen equipped detaily and completely. Wi fi works fine. Comunitaction with the owner is just incredible. He is very polite and answears in literally seconds.

Cons: No GSM signal inside the appartement. Making a phone -call is possible only via Wi-Fi. The neighbour- somebody alredy has mentioned it. The guy in next appartement has TV on all the time, including nights, quite loud. Really dialogues from Italian movies that you can hear clearly at 4 am is not that you like best.....

Perfect location to enjoy Rome as a Roman

Pros: Perfect location - I totally recommend it. Perfect host - Marco was very nice to us and tried to address our issues in real time. Thanks a lot for everything!!

Cons: The bidet didn't work. The AC weren't a good option for heating.

Top Lage. Fast alle wichtigsten sehenswürdig flussläufig zu erreichen.

Pros: Absolute Top Lage! Colloseum 12-15 Minuten, Termini Bahnhof 15 Minuten Schöne Restaurants und Cafés direkt in der Nähe. Vermieter sehr aufmerksam und meldet sich zuverlässig zurück. Es war sauber. Alle Fenster in sehr kleinen Innenhof sorgte für die absolute Ruhe trotz sehr gut frequentierter Lage.

Cons: Es ist wirklich ein sehr altes Haus mit allem was dazu gehört. Aber die Lage zählt 😁😉

Pros: La disponibilité de notre hôtel, l’emplacement de l’appartement et la petite cour intérieure où il est très agréable de s'installer pour le petit déjeuner.

Cons: La salle de bain car il était difficile d'avoir de l’eau chaude mais nous savons que notre hôte va vite régler ce problème !

Pros: Wspaniała lokalizacja, bardzo blisko do Koloseum, metra oraz uroczych barów i restauracji. Mieszkanie przyjemne ze wszystkimi potrzebnymi rzeczami. Miłym zaskoczeniem były chłodne napoje na powitanie co po podróży było jak złoto ☺️ gospodarz bardzo miły i opiekuńczy. Serdecznie polecam na pobyt w Rzymie

Comfortabele studio op toplocatie

Pros: Toplocatie. In een rustige straat, maar op wandelafstand van alles: bezienswaardigheden, winkels, tavernes/restaurants en openbaar vervoer. Comfortabele studio voor 2 personen, met het bed in een aparte ruimte. Leuk terras. Heel toegankelijke host. We hebben Marco niet ontmoet, maar hij communiceerde heel duidelijk via WhatsApp. Vragen werden direct beantwoord.

Cons: Niks, alles was naar wens.
