Centrally located apartment with a view

Pros: The location was quiet centrally located and walkable to most of the tourist attractions fx Colosseum etc. 15 minutes away from Rome main train station. In the middle of a restaurant and ice cream shop street. A nice view from the window. Living room was very spacious with fully equipped kitchen. The wifi connection was superb working optimal. Air condition worked fine but with little noise. I had notified the Host regarding the issue. The apartment was nicely cleaned.

Cons: I think there is a time to change the mattress of the sofa bed, wasn't that comfortable to sleep on. The staircase railing to the double bed was fragile. Need to fix ASAP to prevent people or kids falling from the staircase.

Great apartment in Rome.

Pros: The most incredible location and such a fabulous apartment. We loved the great restaurants, cafes, bars and little pizza shops along the street below. It was comfortable and warm. The windows open onto a lovely terrace with a fountain below. Our kids loved playing in this area. The neighbourhood was great with lots of public transport options. It was easy to walk to the colosseum in a few minutes.

Cons: The upstairs bed area is dangerous. There is no railing to stop you falling. We read this in reviews before we came but didn’t quite realise how dangerous until we stayed here. I do think this needs action before someone is seriously hurt.

Great place for a weekend getaway :)

Pros: The apartment is in a perfect location. It is spacious and has a beautiful view.

Cons: We missed some common facilities like towel in the kitchen, fresh new dish sponge.

Amazing Value to Money for Central Rome

Pros: Location, facility and spacious room. Big point for this apartment is they provide huge sofa bed! Like double sofa bed. Amazing. My son loves the lift! Even it is small, maybe only for 1 adult + 1 kid, but it has high security standard to prevent accident.

Cons: Maybe more kitchen utensil and trash bin in the kitchen?

An excellent stay in a very special location.

Pros: The hosts were amazing. June did everything in her power to be of assistance, be it a restaurant or a problem with the keys. She responded immediately to all our inquiries. Denise was also great. We felt welcome and at home. The location is amazing, in front of a small square with a fountain, within a walking distance to all the historic places and very close to the metro station.

Cons: The bed is on an antresole and the rail did not cover the entire landing. Maybe it should be extended around the bed so that you don't risk falling to the corridor downstairs at night. The kitchen could use a cutting board and a decent knife to make the food preparation easier.

Pros: The location was great, and the hosts were great and welcoming

Cons: he only problem that sometimes the shower would not have warm water and the shower is slightly small for my preferance.

An attractive and spacious apartment in a great location for expoloring Rome

Pros: This is an attractive and spacious apartment with a very large and high ceilinged living/dining room with a window overlooking Piazza della Madonna dei Monti, and a kitchen which is well equiped with appliances. We were two people so were not using the sofabed in the living room. The Piazza is pedestrianised and an attractive centre to the district but, despite the central location, the apartment was quiet - though as it was cold during our stay we had the windows largely closed (there's air conditioning in both main rooms for warmer weather). The location of the apartment is excellent for exploring Rome as the main historic areas are within walking distance but, for those wanting to explore more widely, it's also close to the metro line and walking distance to Termini station. We enjoyed our stay of five nights and the apartment proved to be an excellent base. Communication with June about check-in and departure was very helpful and friendly.

Cons: The kitchen, although well equiped with appliances, would benefit from more cooking utensils for those wanting to do their own cooking - cooking knives etc. The main bed is on a mezzanine in the second room. The balustrade doesn't fully protect the edge of the platform, or feel especially robust. This could be an issue for those used to getting up during the night. Bedside lighting was remarkably bright!

Pros: Location is perfect. A couple of bars,take aways, shops. Everything you need for a self catering break. Air conditioning. Collaseum is literally around the corner. My daughter had the loft bedroom and I had the sofa bed. Train station is an easy walk . Perfect for exploring Rome. If we go back we would use it again.

Cons: Rome is not finished yet..even after 2000 years..

Pros: Everything., situation cleanliness and brilliant hostess
