Pros: Hi. It was a great place, perfect location, clean, staff very friendly and helpful . Large apartment with easy access, groceries and restaurants very close. Good acces to transportation. Everything was perfect. We’ll come back.

Lovely stay in Rome
Pros: This property is very close to the colosseum and within a 20 to 30 minute walk to the Pantheon or Spanish Steps. There are many good places to eat close by as well as small grocery stores. The unit is located on the 2nd floor so there aren't too many steps to go up. The beds are comfortable and the place has all the amenities that you would need. Shampoo and body wash are not provided, though. We were a group of 3 seniors travellers and found this property very comfortable and roomy. There is AC in every room. Carlene met as at the property and was very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.
Cons: The metal stairs going up to outdoor space are quite steep and awkward.

Perfect location in a delightful appartment.
Pros: Perfect location, literally around the corner from the Colosseum. Right in the heart of Rome, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Lovely clean and spacious appartment and the little courtyard terrace was delightful.

Pros: The property is amazing - beautiful, clean and have beautiful features. Extremely spacious and eve better than the photos. Communication was great and the host met us at the door to hand over the keys. They even helped to post clothes that we forgot there! Will stay there anytime again and can recommend to anyone. Another bonus is the outside seating area which is lovely and a fully equipped kitchen with even more Nespresso pods than just a starter pack! Amazing can't get better! Art beautiful too.
Cons: Nothing not to like.

Unbelievable, highly recommend.
Pros: The property was amazing, from the location to Carlene that looked after us. The apartment was beautiful and perfectly situated to all the top sights. The host was so lovely available whenever we needed her especially with transfers but when our little boy took sick she was immediately on the phone to help. I couldn’t recommend this apartment more to anyone and more so with people with families.
Cons: Nothing it was amazing.

Pros: Located in the city center, close to Colosseum, and quite safe. Great location to easily discover the city. All the appliances needed are available (fridge, washing/drying machine, iron, hairdryer, etc). The apartment is nicely decorated!
Cons: There is a small stair to enter the apartment, in general that isn't a problem but it could be an inconvenience for people with severe knee problems.

So good we didn't want to leave.
Pros: The location was great and the property was clean and very homely with everything we needed for cooking. Communications was fantastic. We were warmly welcomed and we loved our stay and would highly recommend it.
Cons: The washer/dryer. Very convenient to have it and we were shown how to use it but by the time we did use it we had forgotten some of the instruction but we did manage. It would be nice to have written instructions or a video on website.

Great stay in the centre of Rome
Pros: The apartment is equipped with everything you need (even a Bialetti and ground coffee), it is thoughtfully furnished, there is a beautiful terrace too.
Cons: One of the toilets had a strong smell of canalisation, so we had to keep the door shut for the smell not to spread. One of the sinks was leaking.

Beautiful and convenient
Pros: Comfy and cozy stay right in the middle of the city with easy access to main attractions, transport, shopping, restaurants etc. The stay is very beautiful and aesthetic. Victoria is super sweet and helpful. Overall a great place to stay.
Cons: The size of the shower area is a bit small. Also, there should be a big mirror in bedroom or dressing area as it is a bit difficult to go to the dining space everytime to get ready. A safe/ locker in the apartment would be helpful to leave important stuff like passport, laptops etc. safely.
