Sweet modern comfort

Pros: Cozy ambience including the toilet! Bed is super comfy too. Location is stellar, next to a regional train station and metro station.

Cons: There was a little smell from the toilet sewers when we first checked in but it went away and all was fine.

Pros: Our stay at Guest house Praesidium was wonderful. The location is extremely convenient, within walking distance of a stop about 1-2 minutes, the metro is also very close. Opposite the building there is a shop where you can buy fresh fruits or vegetables or basic necessities. The room was clean, pleasant and with a wonderful interior. The lady who checked us in was radiant, very kind and always helped us when needed. The attitude of the staff, as well as the place to stay itself were 10/10. Thank you for the wonderful stay, you made our vacation even better!

Pros: Wow wow wow!!! We loved everything about it. The rooms are very new and well designed boutique style and great amenities. Great location, so close to train station 3mins which takes you directly to Fiumicino airport and metro 5mins takes you super close to Roma main attractions. Chiara was super helpful. Definitely recommend👌

Pros: Sehr modern, gemütliche Betten und TV mit Netflix. Alles sehr unkompliziert über WhatsApp mit der Gastgeberin zu klären, die sowieso sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ist. Lage nah an der Metrostation und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. 10/10!

Cons: Es ist etwas hellhörig, sowohl die Straße als auch die Apartments. Hat uns aber gar nicht gestört!

Bardzo polecamy! Wrócimy tutaj.

Pros: Bardzo czysty pokój, nowoczesny, świetnie urządzony. Obiekt idealny na kilkudniową wycieczkę do Rzymu. Jest dostępne osobne pomieszczenie z ekspresem do kawy, mikrofalówka, kuchenka i podstawowym wyposażeniem kuchni. Dodatkowym atutem było to, że otrzymaliśmy vouchery na śniadania w formie kawy i cornetto w pobliskiej caffeterii. Super kontakt z właścicielem. Obiekt położony jest w pobliżu stacji kolejowej Roma Tuscolana, co ułatwia podróż z lotniska Fumicino. Obok są dwie stacje metra linii A (w podobnej odległości od budynku).

Pros: Veľmi pekné, čisté a voňavé ubytovanie v mierne rušnej (miestna trúbiaca doprava 🙂) časti mesta, ale v noci bol kľud. 🙂 Autobusová zastávka pomaly pod oknom. Napriek tomu že sme si nerezervovali pobyt s raňajkami, dostali sme lístky do protiľahlej kaviarne na kávu a croasant, čo bolo veľmi milé.. jednoduchá spoločná kuchynka bola k dispozícii.
