Pros: The great apartment, exactly the same as at photos, with nice design, clean and very comfortable for a big company. The kitchen is small, but well equipped, including tea and coffee. After other reviews I was afraid of difficulties for my old father at steps without elevator, but there were just 2 sets of steps for the first floor. The location is perfect, close to the main sightseeing places (10 mins walking to the Spanish Steps, 35 mins to St. Peter Cathedral), but is not at the noisy street. The owner is responsive and very helpful, helped us with the transfer from airport and some recommendations. There is a luggage storage just in 20 meters.

Pros: The apartment was great for a big family of 8. With beautiful room decors, very spacious in the heart of Rome, within walking distance of all the sights. The property has all the necessary amenities. The host was very helpful with arranging private transfers.
Cons: Bathroom doors were impossible to lock properly. The shower water was either too hot or too cold intermittently.

Good location
Pros: Very simple check-in/check-out procedure, it is located in a quiet area, but close to the metro and most attractions The rooms are quite large, clean, nicely decorated. On our next stay in Rome we will definitely choose to stay here again.

Roomy, comfortable, well-equipped, central and pretty
Pros: We were two families of 4 and the set up was perfect for us as the way the apartment is organised, each family has a separate area with their own bathroom. Bedrooms are large with a tv set with multiple digital channels in each room and beds are comfortable. The interior decor is delightful and it is kept clean. The apartment block has pretty internal courtyards which offer a buffer from the busy main road. Location is great as most must-see sites are within easy walking distance and you have easy access to shops.
Cons: Being so central, with bedrooms overlooking a service alley, it can be a bit noisy at night. I understand it's outside the control of the owners, though.. There is a tv set in every bedroom, which is great, but we would have appreciated a tv in the dining area so we could all wind down together at the end of the day.

Expensive but very central and very comfortable
Pros: Apartment was lovely, it was very central, private, quiet and spacious inside.
Cons: Could of been cleaner there are marks all over panelling in living room, some of tiles on the floor in living room need attention as they move, one of the a/c units leaked constantly and although people came to fix it it was still leaking after a 4 day stay. One of the overhead showers did not work properly as button would not stay in position.

We loved our stay the place was amazingly clean and beautifully decorated.
Pros: Was extremely clean and spacious. A great location and amazing decor. The beds were comfortable. We were very comfortable and would highly recommend especially for a group or family.
Cons: No complaints, unfortunately the washing machine was broken but the service person went to great lengths to fix but was unable to as needed to order parts.
