Very pleasant stay

Pros: Central location - conveniently located between Vatican, travastere and Spanish steps / Trevi. Located in a quiet step yet very close to great shops to enjoy. Staff very helpful. Was able to check in early which was an added bonus after long transit

We really enjoyed our stay, super friendly staff, nice property feeling home.

Pros: We love the room and the balcony. One suggestion would be a place for luggage. The location was excellent! We did not take the breakfast option, but we had a walk at the breakfast restaurant, the breakfast buffet looked attractive. We had a great time. All the staff members were super friendly, helpful and hospitable.

Cons: The one drawback was the heat, too hot!! And, it could not adjusted. We were told that the system was under upgrade and could be adjusted in the meantime. So, the technician ended up turning off our ventilation system and offered us an electric fan. We went back to the basics!! We did not want to open the balcony door for security reasons and a bit noisy outside. Staff members were all super friendly and helpful; they have tried their best, it's winter time, so it's ok. Another one was water in the bathroom, it was too slow. Took a long time to shower. Hope that the above concerns will be fixed or improved in our next visit. We like this hotel a lot and would like to come back on our next visit.

excellent location to start the walk around rome ...

Pros: the location was excellent - perfect to start your walk around rome to see the sights but also to go to the restaurants and bars in the very cosy streets

Cons: no valet parking the room was very hot i entered and it was 25 degrees to i turned on the ac to 19 and left when i returned hours later it was 27 degrees (result i turned it all off and slept with the windown open) drank a lot of water ...
