Pros: Excellent apartment, tastefully decorated and clean. Brilliant location to all main sightseeings. A good place to come and rest at the end of the day. The host was prompt with sending information about check in and directions.
Cons: Unfortunately during our stay the air conditioning unit had some problems.

Pros: Comfortable for a family of 5. Beautifully renovated, at a great location. Detailed instructions were given by the host on the day of our arrival and everything was in place.

Pros: The location was great! Walking distance from most major attractions, yet in a fairly quiet neighbourhood, facing an inner courtyard. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and small grocery shops. Felt safe even at night. The beds were very comfortable, lots of storage in the bedrooms, the kitchen was well equipped, and the seating area has a comfortable couch. There was a plumbing issue the last day, but the owner/agent was responsive.
Cons: Would have been useful to have the hanging rail in main bedroom at a reachable height instead of about 7' high! I had to get on a stool to reach hangers. Other than that, it was thoughtfully furnished & equipped. I can't think of anything else to change.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The location is great, there are metro stops nearby and you can walk to many of Rome's historic sites from there. Also, there are many dining and shopping options in the surrounding area. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had everything you needed inside. It is an excellent option for all types of groups. Alberto, the host, was very kind and attentive, he even allowed us to check in earlier and check out later. We highly recommend the place and hope to return soon.

Pros: Everything was perfect on our stay here, already from the very beginning, when we've met the kind host Domenico at the precise time we had arranged, and he not only checked us in, but gave us a lot of useful indications and suggestions about the neighbourhood. The apartment is even better than the pictures, with everything clean and in good order. The kitchen is complete with everything you could need for a home-made italian meal, there is a very useful washing-drying machine and the showers are great. Besides that, the LOCATION is one of the BEST in Rome: just a few steps from Piazza del Popolo e Piazza di Spagna, and not more than 20 minutes walking from the Vatican, the Pantheon and Fontana di Trevi. Even so, one of the best features of this place are the hosts: they were reachable and available at any time on the phone, kind and ready to answer any message and try to attend any special needs. Next time in Rome, we will definetely stay here again! DEFINETELY RECOMMENDED!!

Value for money and a real gem in Rome....
Pros: The location was perfect! Close to train stations and awesome restaurants & sites. The owner met us at the flat and was really helpful when we required transport details. Flat clean, beautiful bathrooms. Highly recommended. \

Appartamento di nicchia in centro a Roma
Pros: Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l’host risponde in poco tempo, l’appartamento dispone di tutti i comfort. Posizione ottima, peccato per aver alloggiato solo una notte, sicuramente se dovessimo tornare la terremo in considerazione
Cons: Voglio premettere che non è stato un problema, ma ci sono state delle incomprensioni riguardo l’orario del check-in, noi avevamo fatto la richiesta per le 12-13 ma alle 13:45 ancora non era pronto l’appartamento. Detto questo sono cose che capitano purtroppo avevamo la visita prenotata per i musei, per questo eravamo con i tempi stretti.
