Modern and very nice accommodation close to lots of fab restaurants

Pros: Niccollo was a lovely host, meeting us at the property, showing us some info on the map and leaving us wine and pasta. Excellent showers!

Cons: There was no air con so it was a little hot especially in the back room which has no external window.

Perfect in every way

Pros: Amazing location in the beautiful neighborhood of Trastevere with lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, close to the river and the jewish ghetto. Beautiful modern apartment, the photos and description don't do it justice, so much attention to detail in the decor and so comfortable. Nico the host was always available for questions and helpful tips.

Pros: This place was FANTASTIC! Our host, Niccolo, was amazing. He met us at the property to let us in and walk us through everything. He was readily available throughout our stay (though thankfully we did not need to contact him). The property is beautiful and comfortable. The location was great, situated perfectly in Trastevere, and an easy walk to all the things across the River. 10/10.

Pros: We recently stayed in a wonderful apartment in Rome and had a very enjoyable experience. The location was fantastic, with everything we needed just steps away. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, but on Fridays and Saturdays, it became lively and energetic, which we absolutely loved. This balance made our stay even more special. Despite some small issues, everything was excellent. The host was very accommodating, even allowing us a late checkout. He also was incredibly helpful and responsive, offering fantastic recommendations for local restaurants, which we visited and enjoyed. It was a great stay, and I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome. With a few small improvements, it could be absolutely perfect!

Cons: I did have one concern regarding an unpleasant smell in the apartment. When I asked the host, he told me that it was coming from a nearby restaurant. However, I suspect it might be due to mold, so I would recommend addressing this issue to improve the experience for future guests. Additionally, the mattresses in the two double bedrooms need for sure an upgrade. the springs inside the mattresses were noticeable, and I could feel them pressing against my body, which made sleeping uncomfortable. I think upgrading the mattresses would really enhance the overall comfort of the apartment. Apologies, Niccolò, for the above remarks, but these suggestions are made solely to improve the apartment

Pros: Great location, very spacious apartment and really clean. Nicolo was extremely helpful and left a lovely welcome pack. Would definitely recommend!

An excellent choice for couples and families with children.

Pros: From the very beginning, we felt welcome. Our host also arranged things for us, for example, airport transfers. He was always available with messages and supported our enjoyment in every way. The location of the apartment is great. Quiet area in the middle of everything. Freshly renovated and equipped with modern comforts, for example, infrared sauna.

Cons: There were none.

Pros: The apartment is amazing: the location, the size, the comfort. It’s very comfortable apartment for two couples. Niccolo is always asking if everything is ok, very kind. Also, he left pasta and a wine as a welcome gift the first night (and we arrived very late at night). The location is near from a lot of pubs, restaurant in the neighbourhood Trastevere. In summary, we highly recommend Niccolo’s apartment. ¡¡Nos gustó mucho !!

Pros: Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait. L’appartement est magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, moderne et très design. Tout est impeccable : propreté irréprochable, literie confortable, équipements complets… rien ne manque. On s’y sent immédiatement comme à la maison. Il est situé dans un quartier incroyable, vivant, authentique et plein de charme. Tout est accessible à pied, avec de très bons restaurants et une ambiance typiquement romaine. Un immense merci à Niccolò, qui est un hôte exceptionnel : disponible, attentionné, réactif et toujours prêt à donner de précieux conseils. Son accueil a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.
