Pros: Location was fabulous. Apartment was very spacious and clean.

Cons: Finding the property and getting into it! Clearer directions to the property would have been useful. Also couldn't access the main door to building. Lift is so small and only one serving the block.

Pros: Excellent location. 10 min walk to St Peter dome. Spacious apartment and very comfortable stay.

Pros: It’s wonderful and good organized everything you need in there and it was very spacious big enough for family and the stuff is very helpful she is very in good communication i can recommended it. I enjoy staying in this apartment thank you!

Cons: It’s just a lift and the other bathroom had a mold.

Pros: Location was brilliant, within a few minutes walk of the Vatican. There was a supermarket and bakery really close. The flat was really comfortable and had everything you needed.

Cons: The lift was small and difficult to operate, the only option was then walking up 11 flights of stairs

Pros: Comfortable large beds, quiet location. Pleasant sitting room and kitchen.

Cons: Access by app was a bit more complicated than a keypad or keys. Ok once everything was loaded but need to consider providing access to more than one mobile.

Pros: Apartment with very good light, larg spaces, totally renovated, very well located (supermarket in 20m, sevetal bus lines, 10m way from S. Peter square), fantastic!

Nice hardware, but the software should be better

Pros: The location is great with nice facility and cleanness. The size of apartment is big enough to my family to live.

Cons: The staff could be more friendly, you can not imagine that I received the threat just because I modify the order, which is allowed by the regulation of Booking. I hope you can understood that there is few person who made fake order to visa, especially Chinese. Meanwhile, pls understand that the organization of family trip is very complicated. This is why sometimes I have to change the order based on the current condition. The second point is you should find solution to allow customer pay the tax by card, not only cash.
