Clean and well equipped one bedroom apartment, very close to the Vatican with a helpful owner
Pros: The location of this apartment is great, its literally a 4-minute walk from St. Peter's Basilica. Once you're off the main road its a nice quiet local area with some great little restaurants, supermarkets and bars all close by. The apartment itself is a good size and is clean and well equipped with a basic but functional kitchenette, small refrigerator, and washing machine. The owner was very helpful, responsive and flexible for our requests. The first night we realized there was a minor problem with the shower door, messaged the owner that night, and she sent someone to fix it by 09:00 the next morning.
Cons: The walls of the apartment block are pretty thin, which means that you do get noise from the building and upstairs. However, this didn't really bother us much as everyone seems to be quite quiet and sleeping by 22:00. The building and the street outside comes awake again at around 07:00, and yes, there is noise of doors opening, cars starting etc. So, if you are a person who is sensitive to noise, or irritated by it, then this might not be the place for you. It didn't bother me.

we had a lovely stay. Martina was very helpful and acommodating.
Pros: Nice area, close to Vatican and also good restaurants.
Cons: Noise travelled a little between neighbouring apartments.

Consigliato per zona S. Pietro
Pros: ottima posizione a due passi da S. Pietro, appartamento ampio e confortevole con tutti i servizi necessari (cucina con microonde, lavatrice, etc.)
Cons: doccia e lavandino facevano fatica a scaricare l’acqua, un po’ di pulizia e manutenzione in più non guasterebbe. Dalla mattina presto si sentono rumori provenire dal piano superiore.

Super Lage aber ab 5:45 Uhr wegen Nachbarn zu laut zum Schlafen.
Pros: Die Lage ist hervorragend und die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.
Cons: Die Duschtür war immer noch nicht repariert. Dies war von anderen Mietern schon kritisiert worden. Die Bewohner über der Wohnung rücken ab 5:45 morgens ihre Möbel hin und her. Für Leute die ausschlafen möchten ist diese Wohnung nicht geeignet, da es schon sehr früh sehr laut ist.

Pros: La atención recibida. Tuvimos un incidente a la salida y nos olvidamos el móvil dentro de la casa, les llamé por teléfono y en menos de 5 minutos lo teníamos ya en manos para ir al aeropuerto.
Cons: El ruido del piso de arriba desde las 6 de la mañana, todos los días, moviendo muebles.
