Delia's Vatican House Near St Peter's

Good location

Pros: Accommodation is like in the pictures. It is clean and spacious. Location is walking distance to St. Peter’s square, near a grocery store and mini markets.

Cons: The main building is quite old when you enter, but the unit is new inside.

Pros: Good location near Vatican, clean spacy appartment with lots of facilities. 4th floor with the elevator. Good contact with the host.

Cons: Only that the hot water pressure in the shower was low.

Great host, reasonable location, all amenities provided

Pros: The host was extremely responsive to my questions and requests. There is a supermarket nearby, and bus stops aren't far away. The washing machine was extremely useful, and the apartment had a drying rack on one of the balconies. The bathroom had plenty of storage for my toiletries and other products.

Cons: The hot water was unreliable: it took a long time to come in, and the temperature kept going up and down. The bed was a bit harder than I find comfortable. The kitchen needed more power sockets; considering that it had the only table in the apartment, it needed a socket for a laptop as well as more sockets for the appliances. The hallway directly outside the apartment door was very poorly lit, and I had to use my mobile phone to see the keybox well tnough to work the combination. The apartment isn't close enough to the city centre to walk comfortably. Yes, it's close to the Vatican, but most people don't visit Rome just to go to the Vatican.

Quiet and modest place right next to S. Peter's

Pros: The place is within a short walking distance from Sant Peter's square and Sant'Angelo, well conected by public transport to the rest of the city like Piazza Venezia and Termini Railway station/coaches to the airports. A local supermercato is just around the corner, as well as some decent pizzerias and bars with a literal view of S.Peter's dome. Apartment windows open to the internal courtyard, extremely quiet after 10 PM. Apartment itself is really clean, seems recently renovated, has fully equipped kitchen exc. dishwasher.

Cons: A minor technical glitch that I'm sure is being addressed. NB! you need a working phone with internet connection to enter the building, so keep an eye on that battery towards the end of your evening out :)

Location perfect

Pros: Excellent communication with host Martina prior to and during stay. Concise instructions to locate property and keys on arrival. Location perfect a stones throw from St Peter’s. Mini market cafes restaurants nearby. Walked from apartment to all of Romes attractions so didn’t use bus/metro but were accessible nearby.

Pros: excellent location, very good communication with the host. Host very polite and helpful.

Cons: water - there is a problem with temperature. it is either boiling-hot or ice-cold. Very hard to take a shower. I would suggest to install thermostat in the shower - it should ease the problem.

Pros: Exceptionally clean apartment, great location, fully equipped kitchen with everything needed, amazing host Martina. Definitely recommending it and would stay here again next time!

Definitely recommend!

Pros: It is situated near Vatican in a calm and peaceful neighborhood. There is a supermarket around the corner, as well as bus station and train station. In the bus 62 you can get to Fountain Trevi. It was very hot in Rome, so ACs were saving us! Everything needed for an everyday meal preparation was in place as well.

Cons: The elevator is a bit scary😅 It would also be nice to have a little shower shelf - but it is minor recommendation:)

Pros: La posizione non si discute, il meglio per visitare Roma L’appartamento è comodissimo, molto pulito e arioso Segnalo, materasso eccezionale e tantissime prese Per due perfetto, ma anche per 4 Dotato di ogni confort, compresa macchinetta nespresso con tante cialde e kit di olio sale ecc abbondante Una segnalazione doverosa per quanto riguarda la disponibilità degli host, splendidi
