Pros: Cosy room with comfortable bed in an excellent location - 3 minutes walk to Termini station. Friendly staff

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the shower. Difficult to adjust water temperature and not possible to raise the shower head higher on its stand

Pros: Comfortable room and bed, within an easy access to Roma Termini. The reception is open 24 hours and that is convenient for late night check-in. There was also a refrigerator and kettle in the room.

First time in Rome to see the sights great location to walk everywhere.

Pros: Location close to train station bed comfort bathroom was large with a Jacuzzi.

Cons: The only 2 neg things were the heat would not blow warm just cold air which I think is the standard in Italy and it got into the 30s at night. Had plenty of blankets and filled tub and sink with hot water so wala heat. The other thing was the shower door did not keep water from going all over the floor.

Pros: The hotel manager was really nice and helpful! He was so patient when I ask questions relating to checkout and going to the airport. I highly recommend the hotel!
