Pros: Location Cleanliness Well heated Privacy Security Facilities Meet & Greet person

Cons: *Entrance hall at ground floor level and Stairs could do with an upgrade. Very rough but nothing that a a small bit of plastering and painting wouldn’t fix. *No mirrors available in apartment for females other than a bathroom mirror. A long mirror in the bedroom would be a great addition.

Pros: Lage zentral, Supermarkt, Gemüsemarkt und Taxistand in Laufnähe. Abends erstaunlich ruhig. Geräte alle in gutem Zustand. Tolle Raumhöhe, gute Belüftung.

Cons: Badezimmer stylish, aber extrem kleinräumig und unpraktisch gestaltet. Aufzug nicht immer zuverlässig.
