Pros: Everything was excellent! The location is very convenient, everything is nearby, and it’s easy to get to the city center. The host is fantastic — very friendly and helpful, explained everything in detail, showed us around, and even helped with parking. The place is comfortable, clean, and well-organized. The only small thing: it would be even better if there were more blankets.

Overall very good stay and an excellent host.

Pros: Clean rooms and excellent host. Host met us during check in and provided information about surrounding areas. He was quite warm and welcoming. House was neat and well maintained.

Cons: Nothing to complain about the apartment as such. Bear in mind that Weather in Rome was very hot and humid during our visit in summer, with no AC as in most other apartments, it was a bit uncomfortable. Fans were provided in all rooms which helped alleviate most of the discomfort.

Loved everything about it.

Pros: Francesco was an exceptional host, although we arrived late in the evening he waited for us, gave us instructions on how to enter the apartment and explained everything there is to know. The apartment was very clean, spatious. Metro is down the street, very close. All the things tourists usually look to visit are close to the apartment. Highly recommend it.

Cons: Sound isolation in the building isn’t perfect, but it’s a quiet neighborhood.

Amazing apartment to stay.

Pros: Apartment is located in great area. Actually everywhere you can go by walk or if you need some break you can easily take metro in 2 min and go to every place. In the flat you will find really everything you need. Francesco is so kind and his hospitality is really amazing. He explained us everything about best places to eat, best places to see and best way to go there. He was so helpful during whole stay! We enjoyed out stay here so much and we will come back for sure!

We enjoyed meeting locals and it didn’t feel very touristy.

Pros: Good location, with strong links to public transport. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Francesco was very friendly and helped us with some recommendations for places to visit and how to get there. Overall we had an amazing stay and would recommend to anyone.

Great accomodation, great host, great location.

Pros: We had a great time in Rome and it was partly thanks to the appartment we rented. Transportation for the city is great (day and night, as well), and Francesco is also very flexible, kind and helpful.

Pros: The apartment is located centrally and very convenient to catch buses and metro for any places. However it is located on M line which is kind of central and 5 min walkable from metro station.Especially family enjoyed as ambience is good and hospitality were too much good.

Perfect location in quiet area close to metro

Pros: Very large apartment situated on a quiet street just a couple of minutes from Metro station. The apartment has everything you need, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cater for yourself in the morning before starting to visit the city, two supermarkets nearby where you can buy food and drinks. We were a group of 7 persons and the fact that there are two bathrooms is excellent. Hot water any time of the day. Also the property has hairdryer and iron. Everything very clean, large bright rooms, comfortable beds. The room facing the inner yard of the building has a balcony. The owner Francesco has met us at the apartment to give us the keys and also share tips and recommendations for best places and experiences in the city, very helpful and kind (thank you!). I recommend this property to all who wish to visit Rome on their own.
