Pros: Very nice, comfortable and super clean appartment, with 2 separate bedrooms, which does not happen often, so perfect for 3 people. It is very well communicated with buses, trains and metro stations. 24h grocery store near by, big supermarket and many coffee shops. Very nice owner! Loved it and will definitely stay again when in Rome.

Pros: Easy contact with owner, close to train station. Self check-in ultra easy. Apartment fully equipped, you will find everything what you need, close to bus station, number 85 straight to Colosseo. 24h supermarket in neighbourhood, few good restaurants nearby, comfortable bed.

Pros: The apartment is clean, fresh and bright. You also have the option to close tightly the shutters on the bedroom window, if you prefer a blacked out environment. Big shampoo/shower gel bottles available in the bathroom. The kitchen and the washing machine are fully operational and ready to use (we didn't try the oven, though). With shutters down at 45 degrees and while maintaining the cross-ventilation (optionally) we were able to keep the room temperature low even without the air conditioner.
Cons: Waterproof mattress protector (GRUSNARV) does not let the skin breathe, it was a struggle for me to sleep (no such issues with cotton mattress protectors, ever). There's no full-height mirror in the apartment, only the one in the bathroom. So, my wife was spending 1 more hour choosing her clothes every day, as she could not check her full look at once. Also, there was no proper place to dry our laundry, so we had to improvise: bought a clothes-line in the utility store nearby and tied it on the balcony. The shower water pressure is OK, but could have been just a bit higher. Adding a kettle or a saucepan could have been a game changer for guests to boil some water for a cup of tea, but there were no such during our stay.

Pros: Ottimo appartamento in zona tranquilla, ampio, ben riscaldato e attrezzato per ogni necessità. Apprezzabile è senz’altro la vicinanza sia alla fermata della metro A sia alla stazione Tuscolana che in 5 minuti permette raggiungere Termini. L’host è sempre disponibile e molto gentile. Consigliato!

Uma estadia excelente.
Pros: A casa correspondeu perfeitamente ao descrito. Está localizada perto da estação dos comboios e de um supermercado aberto 24 h, o que dá muito jeito. Existe uma estação de metro, a cerca de 10 minutos, que liga diretamente ao centro histórico. A casa está equipada com tudo o que é necessário e a zona é bastante tranquila. O Riccardo é um excelente anfitrião, sempre preocupado com o nosso bem estar e pronto a resolver, qualquer dúvida ou problema que possa surgir. Um dia que regresse a Roma, será a minha primeira escolha.
Cons: Durante 2 dias não houve wi-fi em casa, devido a um problema externo ao apartamento, mas que o anfitrião fez questão de nos avisar antecipadamente. Faz falta um microondas.

Schöne Städtereise
Pros: Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, alles was man zum kochen braucht. Schnelle und gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter; hat uns sogar passende Zugverbindungen rausgesucht. Der Bahnhof Tuscolana ist 2 Minuten entfernt, Metro Porto Lungo ca. 6 Minuten und Bus hält direkt vor der Tür. Supermarkt Conad auch direkt in der Nähe.
Cons: Mir persönlich waren die Matratzen viel zu weich, ich bevorzuge harte Matratzen. Aber da hat ja jeder seinen eigenen Vorlieben.

Roma en Semana Santa
Pros: El lugar del apartamento no está en el centro pero muy bien comunicado con transporte público, tren, metro y bus. El barrio es tranquilo y tiene servicios como supermercado, farmacia y restaurantes cerca. El piso era amplio y bien cuidado, perfecto para una pareja o familia. Las vistas sobre Roma desde el apartamento con un pequeño balcón dan un extra al apartamento.
Cons: Lo único que te podría decir es que hay algo de ruido de vecinos pero nada exagerado
