Pros: The rooms were larger than I expected. Our view was of the outer walls of the Basilica, where the statue of Moses is located. The screen was large and there was Netflix available, although we logged in with our own account. The coffee in the room was good. The location was great, only a minute away from the metro. There is an Elite Market downstairs, which is nice, and there is also a Carrefour Market nearby. The Colosseum is not even a 10-minute walk away; we saw it both at night and during the day. The street is also nice. Room temperature is ideal.

Cons: The sofa at the entrance was not very practical because we had to fold it up every morning in order to walk comfortably in the room. In my opinion, the room was more suitable for two people. We had informed them that we were traveling with a four-year-old child, so small thoughtful touches such as providing hand soap for the child could have been added. We also did not like the bedding arrangement. The check-in process was easy and the password system was practical, but the 15:00 check-in time was not ideal. In our other room, we were told at 15:00 that the key was still being repaired. Since we had just arrived from a long trip, we waited about 30 minutes for the room to be ready. The floors could have been cleaned better. It is understandable that guests need to take out the trash, but it would have been helpful if the location for disposal had been explained more clearly. The pots in the kitchen were quite old and there were not many kitchen utensils available.

Pros: The flat location is perfect, it's a big apartment, very clean and simple to find.

Cons: The bed sheets are not comfortable and doesn't fit the bed and blankets.

Great stay in Rome, walking distance from attractions

Pros: I loved the apartment, it was so spacious, clean and comfortable, I really felt like a home. There are big windows you can open to let the air in. The couch was comfortable and it was perfect to relax there after a long day of sightseeing. The part of the apartment that faces away from the road is quiet and peaceful. The rooms that face the road can get a bit noisy as you can hear the cars and people on the street, especially if you open the windows. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything I needed. Thank you JOIVY for the complementary wine and snacks.

Cons: The aircon unit makes clicking noises at night even when it is not switched on. It can sometimes be a bit noisy as you can hear the neighbours walking around upstairs and talking next door. However, it did not really bother me. Also be aware that check in time is strict. They do not release the entry code to you until 3pm, so don't expect to get in before check in time.

Pros: Excellent location, you can’t be closer to Colosseum. The apartment is brand new, extremely well insulated in terms of sound proofing and warmth, we didn’t even need heat pumps when temp fell below zero. Very clean and spacious, plenty of space, well equipped kitchen. Also close to lots of restaurants. Generally very quiet though bedrooms overlook a road intersection.

Cons: Only two things: absence of any laundry facilities in the apartment as well as the whole building was an issue for us as we were travelling around Europe (with a child) so were reliant on having access to regular washing. Street laundramats are not easy to rely on as quite small and expensive, also done by someone else not self. It would help if you are overt in your advertising, Joivy team that you do not offer ANY laundry/washing facilities on site rather than your guests discovering it on arrival. Second minor matter, WIFI is very weak and drops off all the time.

Pros: Very clear, very silence, great location, gear of accommodation, large space. I can only recommend it. The only thing missing is towels in the kitchen, but that's a minor thing.

Pros: spacious apartment, equipped kitchen, very clean and excellent location.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything we needed, the location was excellent, and the host surprised us with a thoughtful little gift.

Cons: All was good. Just a small suggestion for an improvement: apart from the towels, it would be great to have a dishcloth, a floor cloth, and a wine opener.

Great Location, Great Apartment

Pros: Location is perfect, close to all the major attractions in Rome. You could walk almost anywhere. Great location. The apartment was very nice furbished, very clean, the building itself was amazing.

Cons: Everything was good. I have nothing else to add.

Pros: The apartment is excellent, very clean. The location is perfect- metro is on the other side of the road.
