Pros: Excellent location and view from the balcony, a lot of supermarkets and restaurants around, 5 min on foot to the metro, 15 min on foot to Colloseum.
Cons: Via Cavour is busy enough, so it’s not very quiet place.

Great stay
Pros: Location was perfect. 10 minute walk to Termini station. 15 minute walk to the Colosseum and within walking distance to many other attractions. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Only air conditioning is a wall mounted air conditioner in the bedroom. Opening all the windows cooled off the apartment perfectly in late September. The apartment can be as bright with natural light or as dark as you want it. The restaurants below the apartment were great. Everything was just as described. Perfect apartment for our 25th wedding anniversary.
Cons: If you are a light sleeper bring some earplugs. This area is busy (just like most of Rome in late September). You can hear people and cars most times of the day and night.

Great host! Location is good as well as long as you're prepared for the street noise.
Pros: The hosts, Federico and Fabio, were amazing. Federico was very communicative before our trip and helped us schedule a car to pick us up from Fiumicino and take us to the property. Fabio warmly welcomed us upon arrival, gave us a tour of the property, and shared some helpful tips about the area. We especially enjoyed spending time on the balcony in the evenings after a long day of exploring Rome. Overall, we had a wonderful experience thanks to Federico and Fabio's hospitality.
Cons: The property was clean and located in a pretty good area. However, it should be noted that Via Cavour, the street where it is located, is a very noisy urban street, with a lot of road and people noise. This street was purpose-built to connect the Termini and the Forum area, so the noise is to be expected. Unfortunately, we were not aware or prepared for it. If the noise doesn't bother you, then this is a great place and could be the perfect place for you.
