Piso con encanto en un barrio con encanto.

Pros: Ubicación perfecta, se puede ir andando a todas partes. El barrio de Monti es un barrio céntrico con rincones y comercios especiales.

Cons: Es un cuarto sin ascensor.

Pros: Ambiente pulito e recentemente ristrutturato con parquet. Molto curata l'accoglienza e le attrezzature della cucina. C'è anche la macchinetta del caffè e il bollitore del tè. É ovviamente presente una funzionalissima cucina che consente di prepararsi ogni pranzo o cena. Posizione ottima perché vicina a Colosseo, s. Maria Maggiore, s. Giovanni in Laterano e stazione Termini. Bagno ottimo con doccia e lavatrice. Utili le indicazioni della signora Marzia sui luoghi interessanti da raggiungere, compresi ristoranti e trattorie.

Cons: Nulla ad eccezione degli schiamazzi notturni che potrebbero essere fortemente attenuati dalla sostituzione dei serramenti. Sostituzione consigliata...
